岗位职责： 1、负责秩序部全面工作，全面负责景区内治安、消防、门岗服务、景区内护鱼等工作； 2、负责制定部门的工作计划，合理安排部门人员的日常工作和对员工工作的巡逻、检查； 3、负责制定部门员工绩效考核指标，按期做好员工绩效考核； 4、负责开展部门员工业务培训，开展军事训练及消防演练，规范工作流程服务标准，全面提高员工思想素质的业务水平； 5、根据景区内的环境、游乐项目分布状况、车辆情况、消防设施分布及运行情况、周边治安情况，熟练掌握各类工作处理流程； 6、负责制定项目应急事件处理方案，并根据实际情况作出及时调整； 7、根据治安、消防等有关法律规定，结合景区内治安工作的规律及特点，制定全年安全工作计划，不断更新完善应急处理方案，对发现的安全隐患及时进行整改； 8、负责与公安、消防、安监等政府部门、协会的工作协调。 任职要求： 1、45周岁以下，大专学历，退伍军人、有大型旅游景区项目安全管理经验； 2、具有良好的政治素质，法制观念强，熟悉政府有关治安管理的政策和规定； 3、有较丰富的消防专业知识、安全生产管理、安全生产、保安服务等知识； 4、具备物业管理、安全生产、消防专业知识等方面的培训经历； 5、具备团队管理和自我管理能力，能营造良好的工作氛围。

工作职责： 1、全面负责酒店安保部日常工作与管理；2、负责酒店管辖区域内秩序维护、车辆及道路管理、消防管理以及外包作业监管等工作；3、定时检查各种消防、监控设备及器材，建立并保存完整的工作记录和档案；4、负责治安、灾害及刑事案件等重大事件应急处理；5、定期召开安全工作例会，按计划组织安保人员技能培训与考核工作。 任职资格： 1、大专（含）以上学历，具备三年以上高星级酒店相关岗位工作经验，具备新酒店筹开经验者优先；2、掌握酒店安全工作制度及各项安全工作程序；熟悉酒店行业相关治安管理、消防管理等政策法规；熟悉辖区内的社会治安的综合治理工作；3、熟练操作计算机办公软件与酒店系统；4、具备高度责任感与高效的执行力，有较强的组织协调和现场处理能力；具备良好的敬业精神和团队协作精神；5、工作地点根据公司业务发展需要统筹安排相应工作地点。
