【职位描述】
• 负责提供正确的食品、周到的服务给就餐客人,了解客人的需求,能及时跟厨房厨师及调酒师进行有效沟通
• 负责协调日常服务工作,分配每天的任务和责任,并在没有经理的情况下管理部门,理解和准确的按照标准程序给客人服务
• 负责及时回应员工和客户之间的紧急事件,并向上级主管报告客人的意见和建议
• Understand and accurately follow the standard of sequence of service.
• Coordinate the daily work of the captains, servers, receptionists, assign daily tasks and responsibilities and manage the department in the
absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Promptly report and handle employee and guest incidents to managers
【任职要求】
• 具有相关岗位五星级酒店三年以上工作经验
• 熟练的英语服务及沟通能力
• 具有较强服务意识、责任感及组织协调能力
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position (Food service or related work)
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese language.
• Strong communication with staff, guests, managers and inter-personal skills.
