岗位职责： 1、具有星级酒店工作经验，持高/低压操作证，熟悉酒店强电系统； 2、熟悉酒店厨房设备，并定期对厨房灶具，冰柜，冰箱进行日常的维修，定期维护、检修和保养，排除各种故障和隐患。 3、熟悉酒店厨房这冷设备，如冻库，单体空调进行日常的维修，定期维护，检修和保养，排查各种故障和隐患。 4、具有良好的沟通和管理能力，定期做好日常的技能培训，耗材的采购及部门与跨部门之间的沟通能力 。 任职要求： 1、大专及以上学历，机电、自动化或相关专业优先； 2、3年以上酒店或相关行业机电设备维修经验，1年以上管理岗位经验； 3、熟练掌握强电系统、给排水系统、暖通系统等酒店常见设备维修技能； 4、具备设备故障诊断能力，能独立解决复杂技术问题； 5、持有电工操作证等相关职业资格证书  。

岗位职责 1、负责酒店的水、电、汽、空调、电梯、装饰、装潢、厨房、PA设备等机电设备的日常维修保养和计划性维修保养工作。 2、服从主管的领导，服从调度，保证酒店所有机电设备的完好和及时维修、正常运行。 3、保证客房和厨房、公共区域、水、电、空调的正常供应。 4、保证厨房设备的正常运行，发现故障及时维修。 5、客房卫生洁具及设备需要维修时，应及时维修的同时做好对客服务准则。 6、负责酒店所有门锁、窗锁、门地弹簧抽屉锁的更换修理。 7、负责酒店所有装饰、装潢的维修工作。 8、对设备进行技术改造，使之符合酒店要求，并进行小型零件的加工。 9、根据设备的使用，协助领班制定出相应的年度、月度维护保养计划，并严格实施。 10、按期巡检消防设备，协助安消部进行消防检查，消防试验，在发生火灾时给消防人员提供帮助。 11、完成上级交办的其它工作事项。 12、设备发生故障后服从经理及主管领班的调动，上级不在时服从中控室的调动，积极进行抢修，紧急故障未处理完毕，人手紧缺时不得下班。 岗位要求 1、有强烈的责任感和事业心，工作认真负责，且对业务精益求精，具有较强的分析能力和动手能力。 2、具有机电、装修、装潢等方面知识，具备一专多能的技术技巧，能够承担起综合维修任务 3、身体健康，精力充沛。

Responsibilities 工作职责 1.This position is concerned with all repair and maintenance and new installations of Kitchen, Laundry, Boilers, Swimming pool , all the plumbing、steam system,heat exchanger and  Health Club within the hotel; ensuring the highest quality maintenance, efficiently achieved with minimum operation interference. 负责维修保养酒店厨房设备、洗衣房设备、游泳池、各种给排水、蒸汽系统、热交换器和健身房设备等，确保设备处于良好的运转状态，降低影响正常运转的时间。 2.Team member  on duty should check equipment and make record of equipment running. 当班机管设备运行工要按规定时间、顺序路线，巡查管辖的设备，并如实做好运行记录及到各点签到。 3.Pay more attention to the fire-fighting system, emergency exits, check and record. 1、负责酒店所有锅炉、热交换器、蒸汽管道及其有关设备的管理，配合锅炉工完善系统的安全运行，负责对设备的事故和故障及时、准确地处理。 2、制定机修系统维修保养计划并组织实施。 3.有紧急情况时，及时处理火警与其它紧急情况。 4.随时执行部门负责人及值班工程师安排的其它任务。 5.在其管理的范围内保持区域设施的整洁有序。 6.督促下属员工遵守酒店相关制度。 7.严格遵守有关规章制度，确保酒店的厨房、健身房、洗衣房设备的正常运行。 8.当班人员要严格执行各项操作规程，防止事故发生。 9.根据部门的安排认真做好每日的厨房、健身房设备的运行相关记录。 10.按照工作计划完成对设备的维修保养，并做好相应的详细的记录。 11.在工作中保证检修材料的不浪费，在不降低设备性能的前提下确保设备配件的重复使用。 12.认真执行日常的巡检，消除不安全因数，及时排除故障。 13.详细记录每日的工作情况。 14.负责酒店所有给排水系统，包括热交换器、消防、供水泵房、污水处理、游泳池、桑拿水系统等设备的运作和维修保养。 15.认真执行国家各项安全技术法规，积极组织本组人员学习技术、保证各设备安全运行。 16.带头执行员工各项规章制度、对违规违纪现象能及时制止，并向有关上级报告。 17.执行和落实交接班制度，审查各班填写的运行记录，认真进行巡回检查，保证设备正常运行。 18.检查生活用水、泳池、污水的水质指标，使其符合要求。 19.积极巡检，消除不安全因素，及时排除故障。 20.发生重大事件应及时汇报上级。 21.做好水、煤气、蒸汽的消耗记录，如有异常及时报告上级。

任职资格： 1.年龄要求：25-50岁，工程类专业毕业或受过工程类培训。 2.具备相关专业知识，有实际操作动手能力、维修经验; 3.具有设备设施的维护、保养、检修工作经验; 4.熟悉水、暖、通等专业知识。持电工操作证; 5.有一定沟通能力、执行能力和团队合作精神，责任心强，能够吃苦耐劳； 6.条件优秀者可适当放宽要求。 岗位要求： 1.组织班组人员按时完成上级下达的维修任务,，督促维修人员在操作过程中严格执行操作规程,完成各项工作任务; 2.安排班组人员按时实施月度，季度和年度维修保养计划，在实施过程中,作好全面记录,以作设备的归档资料; 3.协同其他班组完成规模较大的维修工作协助值班工程师完成应急和日常维修任务; 4.督促本班组人员和检查工程部下属各专业维修保养计划的实施及质量达标情况，并随时给予技术操作方面的指导; 5.督促和检查各班组应按期完成的设备维修保养做好有关故障及零部件更换情况 记录,做到每月进行整理、登记和存档 6.定期给员工做相关技术交流和知识培训。
