1、Ensure through effective supervision that all services offered at the Spa& Hot Spring area are Carried out with utmost professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.

监督及管理所有日常运作事项;
3、Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through effective relations and inter-personal skills.

4、Oversees the service standards in the outlet ensuring that they do the requisite standards and meet or exceed guest expectations.
监督部门服务标准,确保达到或超出客人所预期的;
5、Participate and assist in the preparation of Annual Department Budget.
参与准备部门年度预算;
6、Ensure that expenses are in line, or below with Department's Operational Budget and that costs are strictly controlled.

7、Ensure all subordinates present a professional image and pleasant disposition to enhance guests experience at all times.

· 5 Years of related experience

Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·Ensures that Hot Spring ambience is maintained throughout operations hours in accordance with departmental standards.
·Ensures that adequate supply of guest amenities and supplies are maintained and provided.
·Ensures Hot Spring shoe changing, guest locker, outdoor pools, spring forest, Cabanas and any other guest facilities within the entire Hot Spring are clean and tidy before and after, and during operation hours.
·Delivers soiled linen and collects clean linen from laundry service as scheduled.
·Ensures that soiled linen is collected, sorted, and bagged in accordance with departmental procedure.
·Be fully aware of the daily booking programmed and to update any changes to the reception.
·Check the following shift’s appointments at the end of each shift and to make necessary preparations accordingly.
·Check that all facilities under one’s respective areas are in good working order, and to report defects to the Hot Spring Supervisor.
·按照部门要求,布置和准备温泉设施。
·确保客人所需物品准备充分, 随时为客人提供相应的服务。
·确保营运前后及营运过程中整个温泉区域内的换鞋区,客人更衣室,室外泡池,泉浴雨林,御汤苑及其他的设施保持干净和整洁。
·送洗使用过的布草,按照时间表从洗衣房换取干净的布草。
·确保使用过的布草收集,整理,打包按照部门程序要求。
·清楚了解每日的预订情况,如有变化,及时在系统中更新。
·每日班次结束时检查下一个班次的工作安排,做好适当的准备工作。
·检查温泉各个区域所有设施运作正常,如有问题立刻向温泉主管报告。
