Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Provide a professional,advisory and executive support service to the Training
Academy Director toassist in meeting the strategic goals of the Hotel.

2. Ensure that all new familymembers attend the Hotel Induction program on time.

3. Conduct training needsanalysis of the hotel and departments.

4. In conjunction withDepartment Heads, develop departmental on the job
training schedules that meetdepartmental operating objectives.
和各部门总监/经理一起讨论发展部门岗位培训以满足部门经营需要
5. Design, produce andimplement training programs to meet specific
department/hotel needs.
为满足部门和酒店特殊的需求,设计、制作相应培训课程并进行培训
6. Drives and monitor hotel’s training, promoteSwisstouchesbrand &Swisstouches
Training Academy.
推动和监督全酒店的培训、推广瑞斯丽品牌及瑞斯丽培训学院
7. Administer the trainingbudget and purchase training materials as required.
管理培训预算,根据要求进行培训采购
8. Ensure that all familymembers comply with the grooming and uniform
standards.
保证所有家庭成员仪容仪表符合酒店标准
9. Ensure all family membersreceiveongoing training in
SwisstouchesAcademyTraining Programs.
保证所有家庭成员得到持续的瑞斯丽培训学院计划中的培训
Qualifications:
任职要求:
1. Bachelor Degree or above
本科及以上学历
2. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written and understand the
primary languages used in the workplace.
在口头和书面上有良好的沟通技巧,并且拥有工作岗位需要的最基本的语言交流
能力
3. Minimum 3 years relevant training experience
