岗位概述： 按照许可的采购指示，处理所有的发票和结帐单。要按照合适的条款，遵循酒店政策和程序,考虑适当的条件及争取可能的折扣，记录和处理由饭店发生的货物和服务的支付。 职责义务： 1. 在确认以下内容后及时在应付系统里处理供应商的发票、支票和费用申请： · 所有的票据已按照酒店的采购政策和程序获得批准； · 按要求附上已批准的采购单； · 相关附件以证明货物已经送到（如适用）和供应商很好的提供了服务(例如收货单，有部门经理签字确认； · 写明相应的会计科目。 2. 根据相应的采购单核对供应商的发票及送货记录。 3. 联络供应商和酒店的申请人使系统和程序、步骤一致。 4. 及时跟进、了解审批中的未付款的供应商票据 5. 确保“三项匹配” – 一份被正确认可的采购文件、一份被正确签署的收货文件、上述两份文件必须与供应商提供的发票相匹配。 6. 审阅成本转来的每日收货汇总表，检查总分类帐的帐号是否正确并确保收货记录被正确汇总。 7. 确保所有的贷记凭证正确录入，和供应商帐单核对，并且打印在付款通知上。 8. 将付款凭证及支票/汇款输入应付帐款系统 9. 核对发票与结帐单一致。 10. 每周上交需批准的支票。支票登记簿必须由独立于应付帐款职能的员工（薪资文员）保管。已付款的发票要注销。 11. 维持支票签发日志。 12. 付款后注销发票。 13. 确保所有的供应商票据在完成付款后都被盖上“PAID”章。 14. 每月按饭店记录核对供应商结帐单，追查任何有出入的地方。 15. 维持成批登记和总分类帐的平衡。 16. 组织安排外币汇款和电汇。 17. 维持有效的文档系统。未付款的供应商发票按供应商编码排列，已付款的供应商发票按付款的月份排列。记录必须保存十年以备审计和税务检查之用。 18. 用专业的和谦逊的态度回答供应商所有合理的请求。 19. 每月在应付系统中进行月结，制作和审阅每月应付帐款分配报告，并在月底将报告导入总账。 20. 打印月底应付账帐龄报告、应付过帐记录、支票记录和采购分类账并装订用于日后审查。 21. 在月末准备常规供应商和数额超过500元人民币尚未支付的送货票据的计提凭证。 22. 职位描述的目的不是提供一份工作职责的详细清单。 它仅希望能为那些用于完善工作的应尽职责提供一个基本观点。 随时符合管理的要求， 希望能够在管理层的指导下， 以不断提高的顾客服务履行职责。
