Position Summary职位概述
1. Handles incoming telephone calls.
接听处理来电。
2. Handles incoming & outgoing correspondence of designated Event Sales Managers .
处理内部或外部相应信件分给宴会销售经理。
3. Responsible for assisting the managers in typing / filing correspondence such as proposals, Letters of Agreement, Banquet Event Orders, Group Resumes, Thank You letters, Post Event Summary etc.
负责协助经理打印,整理档案存档,协议书,下宴会通知单,团队介绍,感谢信,活动总结等。
4. Handles photocopying and distribution of all correspondence such as memos, Banquet Event Orders, Letters of Agreement, Resumes, etc to concerned departments.
处理复印和分发文件如备忘录、宴会活动单、协议书,简介到相关部门。
5. Maintains a proper filing and trace system for the department.
正确处理部门档案跟踪系统。
6. Responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the department and ensuring sufficient stock of stationery and other office supplies.
负责维持部门的整洁及库存,确保足够的文具及其它办公用品。
7. Be aware of event details related to the accounts of designated Event Sales Managers .
了解在宴会销售经理所负责的客户活动的细节。
8. Assists Event Sales Managers in liaising with other departments for information, i.e. liaises with Banquet operations for floor plans and equipment, with Chef for special menus etc.
协助宴会销售经理联络其它部门,例如:联络宴会运营部门的摆台平面图和设备,联络厨师确认特殊菜单等。
9. Maintains a good understanding of clients serviced by designated Managers.
对于相关宴会销售经理负责的客户要充分了解。
10. Handles all incoming telephone and fax enquiries and provides initial suggestions on sales enquiries.
处理所有电话、传真询价并提供初步报价。
Handles guests’ requests independently by supplying information, contacting concerned departments to assist in guests’ requests and needs.
独立处理客人的需求提供相关资料,联系相关部门以协助完成客人的要求。
11. Updates Group Chart and prepares relevant reports.
更新团队报表,准备相应报告。
12. Conducts site inspections if required.
在需要的情况下带客人做酒店参观介绍。
13. Responsible for sending out the Post-event Critique form with Thank You Letter at the end of each event.
在每次会议结束后负责发送意见调查表及感谢信。
14. Assists in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervising Event Sales Managers and / or Director/Assistant Director of Event Sales.
完成宴会销售经理和助理宴会销售总监/宴会销售总监临时指派的任务。
15. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and collagues.
对客人和同事保持高标准专业水平,职业精神和态度。
16. To be aware of the hotel hygiene and food safety control standards and procedures in handling complaints on food hygiene (e.g. food poisoning).
掌握饭店食品安全卫生控制标准及程序,处理食品卫生投诉 (例如食品中毒)。
17. The hospitality business functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.

Required Qualifications必要的资历要求:
1. University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
大学专科,良好的中英文读写能力。
2. Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有至少一年在国际连锁酒店的相关经验。
Preferred Qualifications 更高的资历要求:
1. Very familiar with local market and good at marketing trend anlysis.
了解本地客户的情况并具有很强的市场分析能力。
