1、协助指导全体水疗部员工日常运作，提高客人满意度; 2、指导理疗师行使工作职责; 3、 监督所有疗程：确保SPA技师按照服务标准进行工作； 4、检查水疗部各区域的服务流程、卫生标准、维修保养、员工仪容礼仪规范，并在必要时提供帮助。 任职要求： 1、同岗位工作经验2年以上； 2、熟悉水疗部各项业务标准及操作程序、知识等； 3、了解顾客心理，具一定的推销技巧。

基本薪资+提成，综合月薪4000以上。 1、女性优先，仪表大方，熟悉美容理疗产品和手法； 2、持有美容师证书者、有美容院及大型会所工作经验者优先考虑； 3、良好的语言表达能力，善于沟通，服务意识强，工作耐心细致； 4、吃苦耐劳，爱岗敬业，良好的个人素质，较高的职业素养和道德； 5、性格开朗乐观，积极向上，团队协作能力强。
