主要工作职责
1.Keep utensils and tableware clean and hygienic. Responsible for linen washing, counting and counting.
保证用具和餐具的洁净卫生。负责布草的送洗、点数与记数工作。
2.Responsible for the arrangement of items in the site, do pre-service preparations, ensure that all utensils are without spots and without traces, and prepare the items needed for business.
负责场所内物品的摆设,做好服务前准备工作,保证所有的器皿无斑无迹,准备营业所需物品。
3.Replenish missing sales.
补充所缺的出售品。
4.Familiar with various service items, understand their prices and master the service methods.
熟悉各项服务项目,了解其价格,掌握服务方式。
5.Provide services to guests in accordance with the service procedures and specifications stipulated.
按所规定的服务程序与规格,为宾客提供服务。
6.Send all kinds of used items to the designated place, and replenish them in time.
将各类用过的物品分类送至指定的地点摆放,并及时补充。
7.Ensures that all equipment are cleaned, maintained and handled in accordance with departmental standards, and what they are meant for.
确保所有设备的干净,维护良好,能够按照部门标准操作。
