Ensure that all departmental related information is answered and conveyed;

Responsible for document management in the HSKP; Receive, record, and distribute various reports;

Work closely with the front desk and floors to ensure the correct room status at all times;
3. 与前台及楼层密切合作确保任何时间内正确的房态;
Manage all keys and room cards in the HSKP, carry out distribution, retrieval, registration, and inventory work, and keep relevant records;
4. 管理客房部的所有钥匙及房卡,做好发放、回收、登记、盘点工作并做好相关记录;
Handle, register, and track loaned items, and conduct a monthly inventory of loaned items;
5. 处理、登记和跟踪借出物品,每月盘点一次出借物品;

6. 酒店遗留物品的登记、存放与管理,
Familiar with hotel telephone lists and frequently dialed numbers; Familiar with hotel product knowledge, including restaurant operating hours, hotel promotion, delivery menu, etc; Familiar with the daily operation of the floor, and able to support the floor's work when necessary;
7. 熟悉酒店电话表以及常拨号码;熟悉酒店产品知识,包括各餐厅营业时间、酒店推广、送餐菜单等;熟悉楼层的日常运作,必要时可支援楼层的工作;
