1. Familiar and skill for dry-cleaning and laundering, know how toidentify different fabric for dry-cleaning and laundering.
2. Knowledge and correct handling of the different types of linen andclothes.
3. Ensure proper use of equipment and different chemicals.
4. Report any faults of equipment to the Laundry Shift leader orLaundry manager immediately.
5. Handle guest items with utmost care, to avoid damages, shrinkage,lost buttons etc during washing process.
6. Answer guest calls and handle guest requests in a friendly,efficient manner.
7. Collect guest laundry when requested, ensuring correct room-numberis noted. Inspect all items and note any damages, discolor etc before and aftercleaning. Report to the Shift leader if you don’t know the material of theclothes.
8. Deliver high quality service to internal guest(staff).
9. Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
10. Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service.
11. Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
12. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies andprocedures.
13. Adhere to laundry department cleaning and maintenance programs.
14. Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in your work area.

7. 在有要求时收集客人衣物,确保准确记录客人房号。洗衣前后检查所有项目并记录损坏、褪色等,对自己不熟悉的衣料不能擅自处理。
8. 向内部客人(员工)提供优质服务。
9. 确保客人需求和合理要求被满足。
10. 不断地寻找机会发展对客服务。
11. 采取合适的行动解决客人的抱怨。
12. 坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。
