岗位职责： 1.负责完成管事部主管所指派的工作任务。 2.严格按照操作规程进行工作，在此基础上提高工作效率。 3.严格遵守食品安全法，确保清洗后的餐具、器皿干净，保证各部门的使用。 4.有责任保管和保养好所有的餐具、器皿的完好，减少其损耗量。 5.负责中餐、自助餐、员餐厨房后区卫生清洁工作。 6.服从主管工作安排，按照工作规范完成餐具及服务用具的清洗、消毒、摆放与运送工作。 7.严格按照餐具清洗的流程与规范清洗，对不锈钢和银质餐具及用具定期进行保养抛光处理。 8.在餐具的清洗、搬运过程中轻拿轻放，减少损耗。将消毒后的餐具按规定归类、整齐地摆放到保洁柜或库房。 9.挑出破损餐具，汇报并做好相关破损记录，做好本区域的清洁卫生工作。 10.清理所负责区域的垃圾，在清运过程中确保不遗洒。更换干净垃圾袋，保证垃圾桶外观的洁净度。 11.当班结束后，做好交接工作，检查环境设施，做好收尾工作，杜绝能耗浪费。

岗位职责： 工作职责包括配菜间,夜班清洁,后备区清洗及保洁,宴会的餐具和食物运行。
