And to ensure that all employees keep all hotel’s policy. By creating a positive team culture in order to ensure that the hotel guest's unique experience, and vitalize the brand with life. Provide the HR guidance and advice to the hotel General Manager and Management team.

2.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Key Activities of the role)

Supervision of employees with human with standard management cost
监管员工编制与人力配置标准以管理成本
Reduce employment for the financial risk of the cause
降低因雇佣关系引起的财务风险
Identifying and analyzing the local salary welfare level, to ensure that the hotel provides treatment has trade competitiveness
识别和分析本地薪资福利水平,确保酒店提供的待遇具有同业竞争力
To launch a variety of team building activities, for all the employees build positive work environment (such as: state of hotel meeting, team members recognition and celebration community activities and so on)
推出各种有利于团队协作的活动,为全体员工营造积极的工作氛围(如:全体员工会议、团队成员认可与庆祝活动、社团、健康活动等)
Provide various kinds of education and training to all hotel management team, as well as all hotel employees which including performance management process, disciplinary procedures and progressive related plans and so on
为酒店领导层和员工提供各类教育与培训,包括绩效管理流程、递进式惩戒规程和相关计划等,从而提高工作效率和提升绩效
For new staff provide orientation, let new employees know the hotel or the company standard policy process and employee benefits and other information
为新员工提供入职培训,让新员工了解酒店或公司的标准、政策规定、流程和员工福利待遇等信息
To ensure that in recruitment and selection process at any time or company hire keep hotel standard and government regulations
确保在招聘和甄选流程中随时遵守酒店或公司的聘用标准和政府法规
Planning and distributing of the human resources department organization chart and all employees job description. According to the hotel’s rules and regulations, giving the suggestions and providing the Human Resources related affairs such as employee’s salary scales, working SOP and so on
计划和分配人力资源部员工的工作。根据酒店或公司的规定和政策,对员工工资、工作规程或其它与人力资源相关的事务提出建议或初拟方案
Take the time to interact with the staff, get feedback, understanding staff improve customer satisfaction of channel
与部门经理协作,共同组织开展各类活动以达成服务行为标准,并持续提升宾客体验
Ascension in the hotel and the brand awareness local and encourage staff to actively participate in local community activities
提升酒店与品牌在本地的知名度,鼓励员工积极参与本地社区活动
To work all the problems occurred in the investigation and research, understand the facts, instant are found on the hotel or the company could cause potential risks, and through all kinds of employee relations project to promote solution of the problems
对工作中发生的所有问题进行调查和研究,了解事实情况,即时发现对酒店或公司可能造成的潜在风险,并通过各类员工关系项目来促进问题的解决
Collect and maintenance exit interview personnel flow statistics absenteeism reports data, understand all kinds of training needs and management problems trend
若酒店有工会组织,可能需要管理劳工关系事务,并代表酒店参与相关问题的调停、仲裁及合同协商工作
3. JOB REQUIREMENT 任职要求
Human resources and professional bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications
人力资源专业学士及以上学历或同等资历
4 years related working experience with management experience is a plus
4 年相关工作经验。具有管理经验者优先考虑
Be familiar with English
英语精通
