· To actively conduct business development ofaccommodation projects such as Service Residence, Long Stay Apartments, SeniorLiving, etc. through sourcing, evaluating, relationship building, negotiating,and eventual Signing in accordance to Company’s target and requirements.Business development model includes Management Contracts, Franchise.
根据公司业务拓展目标与需求,积极与公司定位匹配的合作伙伴进行服务公寓、长租公寓、养老公寓等住宿类领域的项目拓展,包括资源开发、项目评估、业主关系维护、商务谈判和项目的最终落实,拓展模式涵盖管理、特许加盟经营等。
Major Responsibility主要工作职责
Inaccordance to Company’s BD target and requirements:

· Actively source for businessdevelopment deals, choose and select compatible partners for collaboration andto establish relationship with them.
开拓合作资源,梳理和筛选与公司定位匹配的合作方,与之对接并建立关系。
· To engage in activediscussion with potential partners on suitable projects and to provide accurateand appropriate cooperation proposal, including conducting market and customerresearch and analysis, brand positioning, financial modeling, contract terms,etc.
与有合作意向的企业积极推进商务合作洽谈,并针对符合条件的项目出具正确的合作方案与建议,包括需求分析,市场/客户调研、品牌定位、财务测算、合作报价等。
· Follow closely andconstantly progress of project, establish strong relationship with partners andto be responsible for eventual signing of contracts.
紧密持久地跟进项目的进展,同时发展和维护与合作方的关系,实现项目最终的落地。
· To maintain goodrelationship with existing partners and to assist in any collaboration issues,contract renewals, etc.
与现有的业务合作方维持良好的关系,协调处理合作后续事项、续约等事宜。
· Work closely withinternal resources and departments to provide effective and efficient supportto the project and partners.
协调内部资源为项目的推进提供高效的支持,促进各部门的紧密合作。
Requirements资质需求
· Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably majoringin real estate, business, engineering and finance.
房地产、企业管理、财务管理或工程类相关专业,本科以上学历。
· 2-5 years working experience inHospitality/Real Estate Business Development and related fields.
2-5年酒店开发拓展、房地产开发拓展或相关行业工作经验。
· Able to develop and source collaborationchannels and partners and possess a certain amount of related resources.
拥有一定的行业资源,能够独立开发合作渠道。
· Have good communication skills and problem-solvingabilities.
具备良好的沟通与问题解决能力。
· Have right working attitude, integrity,trust-worthy.
工作认真,敬业,诚信。
· Able to withstand work pressure and constanttraveling.
能承受工作压力,并能经常出差。
