[Job Description]
1. Overallresponsible for the daily operation and management of the hotel's Food & Beverageservices, and accountable for all the management indicators.
2. Proposemanagement ideas for hotel Food & Beverage operations, assist indetermining the annual business plan of the hotel, and direct itsimplementation. Also, oversee the execution of all Food & Beverage operationplans.
3. Be responsiblefor achieving the revenue and profit targets of the Food & Beverage department.
4. Work togetherwith the Executive Chef to plan and design the menu, and develop cateringproducts that meet local demands.
5. Coordinate workrelations with other departments to ensure that guests receive satisfactorydining products and excellent service.
6. Develop apromotion strategy for the restaurant, supervise the staff to do a good job inpromoting Food & Beverage , and increase the revenue from Food & Beverageservices.
7. Study marketdevelopment trends and coordinate the formulation of the price system for allhotel service products.
8. Assist theGeneral Manager in reviewing and approving the marketing plans of the hotel,and continuously expand the market.
[Job Requirements]
1. Bachelor'sdegree or above, major in tourism or hotel management is preferred.
2. Proficient inbusiness knowledge of the Food & Beverage department, and skilled in theskills and management techniques of Chinese cuisine, Western cuisine, bars, banquets,etc.
3. Familiar withthe entire process of food raw material procurement, storage, kitchenproduction, and restaurant service, good at arranging the work of each link,and able to ensure the coordinated development of Food & Beverage management.
4. Have socialactivity ability, organizational leadership ability and practical workingability; Good at motivating the enthusiasm of managers at all levels of the Food& Beverage department.
5. More than 3years of working experience as the Director of Food & Beverage in luxury orhigh-end hotels, and those with experience in the opening of similar hotels arepreferred.
6. Fluent inEnglish, with an international perspective and cross-cultural collaborationexperience are preferred.
