工作职责:
Ensures that all food prepared and served during the shift is in accord with the standard set
确保所有食物在准备和制作期间符合所定的标准
Checks daily mise-en-place, cooking, preparation of all food
检查每日零点的所有食物
Prepares food requisitions, inter kitchen‘s transfers and checks the quality and quantity of food received from the food store and other sub-departments
准备食物的申购单及验货收货工作
Makes sure that all machines, furniture, equipment, and utensils are clean and in working conditions
确保所有的机器设备及器具的清洁,并能正常工作
Guides and trains the kitchen‘s personnel as instructed by Sous chef
协助厨师长指导和培训厨房人员的工作
Uses standard recipes and makes sure all staff are using them
采用标准食谱,并确保所有工作人员正在使用
Performs duties common to all supervisors and other duties as may assigned by Executive Chef or Sous Chef
履行行政总厨或厨师长指派的其他任务
任职资格:
1.中专毕业或具有同等学历,经过餐饮服务培训,有一定的日常外语会话能力。
2.有熟练的服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力,能妥善处理服务中出现的一般性问题。
3.掌握餐厅服务规程,了解餐厅各种菜肴的基本特点和简单的烹制方法。
4.工作主动、热情、认真,责任心较强。
·Produces and presents the dishes for the section in line with the cooking instructions and processes defined by the hotel and brand. 根据酒店和品牌的烹饪指导和流程, 制作并展示菜肴。
·May be asked to carry out some food preparation in the dining room in front of guests, depending on events or how the F&B offer is organized.

·Ensures that dishes are well presented, of a high standard and at the right temperature.

·Delivers dishes in good time to suit guests' wishes.

·Depending on the hotel, may be asked to receive deliveries, check and store merchandise.

·Ensures that the workplace remains clean and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations. 始终遵守HACCP的要求,确保工作场所保持清洁和食品安全。
·Vocational certificate or diploma in professional cuisine.
持有烹饪专业资格证书。
·2 to 3 years of experience.
2到3年的相关经验。
