岗位职责： 1.听从上级工作安排对酒店各区域设备设施进行维护保养工作。 2.严格执行工作操作规范，保证维修质量、并做好工作场地的防火安全和清洁工作。 3.做好各类工具和工作器械的保管和保养工作，做好爱惜使用。 4.合理使用各种物料和零配件，及时做好耗用报账工作。 5.努力学习和钻研业务技术，较全面的掌握电、管道、空调、铜、木、油漆、沙发等工种的维修技术。 6.熟悉本岗位专业技术、专业标准，懂得工程建筑、装修技术知识。 7、持有有效低电压工作业操作证，两年以上酒店综合维修经验。

岗位职责 1.负责水暖空调的工作，生活热水的供应。                            2.严格按工作程序，保证维修单指定的工作及时、准确地完成。          3.负责酒店水暖空调系统、给排水系统管道、阀门及其辅件的维修保养。 4.保管好工程各设备机房钥匙，代用钥匙做好登记等。                    任职资格 1.中专以上文化程度；2年以上同岗位工作经验。 2.熟悉掌握酒店对客服务的要求，以及水暖空调系统、给排水系统和辅件的基础知识。   3.掌握水暖空调系统及设备、一般水力机械、各种阀门等的结构和功用，并具有较强的实际操作能力。                                         4.有强烈的事业心和责任感，行为举止文明礼貌。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店锅炉运行操作的日常和维修保养工作，严格按照操作规程办事，按时按质按量完成锅炉工作任务。 2、定期检查锅炉设备，定期保养，及时采取措施排除故障，做好记录，并报告主管人员。 3、坚守工作岗位，任何时候不得无人值班，要注意防止锅炉缺水、杜绝超压运行。 4、做到勤检查、勤调节，保持燃烧工况稳定，消灭“跑、冒、滴、漏”现象，认真做好节能工作。 【岗位要求】 1、1年以上相关工作经验，持有特种行业操作证或者锅炉证。 2、了解锅炉安全操作规程劳动保护、消防安全、环境保护等有关知识。 3、能够熟练地进行锅炉操作，熟悉锅炉构造、原理、操作规程，能对锅炉及附属设备进行维护、保养，对一般故障有分析判断和排除能力。 4、身体健康、有强烈的工作责任心，热爱本职工作。
