【岗位职责】 1.负责酒店PMS系统及网络设备的维护、管理、故障排除等日常工作； 2.安装和维护酒店计算机、服务器系统软件和应用软件； 3.维护和监控公司局域网、广域网，保证其安全稳定的正常运行； 4.解决排除各种软硬件故障，做好记录，定期制作系统运行报告； 5.维护数据中心，对系统数据进行备份，确保酒店网络日常的正常运作。 【岗位要求】 1.大专以上学历，计算机等相关专业，有一定的英语基础； 2.2年以上酒店PMS系统及IT系统维护工作经验； 3.有万豪体系工作经验优先； 4.熟悉和掌握各种计算机软硬件，可独立进行安装、调试及故障排除； 5.工作主动性强，耐心细致，有责任心，具备团队合作精神。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责和义务 1. Monitors technological developments and latest progress, and is responsible to  manage and maintain all the systems and applications used in the hotel, and implements the "connectivity" specifications for meetings sold to the customers according to their requirements. 监控技术的发展和进展，负责管理和维护酒店使用的所有系统和应用程序，并根据客户的需求，实施客户会议的“连通性”规范。 2.  Is responsible for the correct installation of technical IT, telecoms and audiovisual equipment and ensures it is in good working order. 负责信息技术、电信和视听设备的正确安装，确保其处于良好的工作状态。 3. Identifies, evaluates, and selects external service-providers. 识别、评估和选择外部服务提供者。 4.  Analyses hotel guests and restaurant customer explicit and implicit needs, and provides solutions  and recommendations to the General Manager to improve and enhance the solutions for the guests. 分析酒店客人和餐厅客人的外在和内在的需求，并向总经理提供解决方案和建议，以提升和加强为客人解决问题。 5.   Is responsible for always ensuring that the IT solutions and internet services for all   hotel guests and restaurant guests is effective and meets the expectation of the guests and the international 5 star hotel standard. 负责确保为酒店所有客人和餐厅客人的提供有效的计算机解决方案和网络服务，并达到客人的期望和国际五星级酒店标准。 6.  Supports the hotel sales department and helps promote the Hotel Meeting offer by providing high quality services and making proactive suggestions.  支持酒店销售部门，提供高质量的服务和积极的建议，帮助推动酒店会议的召开。 7.  Ensures that all equipment available is duly respected and meets all safety norms and conformity regulations. 确保所有可用设备得到适当的维护，并符合所有安全规范和规定。 8.  Responsible for keeping the IT office and the central computer rooms clean and tidy and secure, and applies hotel safety regulations. 负责IT办公室和中央机房的清洁、整洁和安全，并遵守酒店的安全规章制度。 9.  Responsible for completing monthly computer hardware inventory and ensuring that all computers and printers and coy machines are always well cared for and located in safe and secure locations so that they will not be damaged. 负责完成每月的电脑硬件盘点，确保所有的电脑、打印机和复印机都得到妥善的保养，并放置在安全的地方，以免损坏。 10. Responsible for controlling tightly the access to all software programs and implementing the policy to issue the access only after the approval has been issued. 负责严格控制所有软件程序的访问，并执行审批后的访问权限和政策。 11. Responsible for informing the General Manager immediately, whenever there is a potential damage or danger for any of the IT computer hardware or software solutions, and takes action to protect all hotel IT. 任何时候如果出现IT计算机硬件或软件的潜在损坏或危险时，需立即通知总经理，并采取措施保护酒店所有的计算机。 12. Responsible for ensuring data security for all hotel software programs and business documents. 负责确保酒店所有软件程序和商务文件的数据安全。 13. Responsible not to disclose or share any information about the hotel data network or business data without the prior approval of the General Manager. 未经总经理批准，不得泄露或分享酒店数据网络或业务数据的任何信息。 JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求 1.  Preferably college graduate or equivalent in experience. 大学专科毕业以上或同等经验。 2. Minimum 5 year of experience in hotel IT department of the international hotel, and 2 year of supervisor or asst. manager. 5年以上国际酒店IT部门工作经验，2年以上主管或助理经理工作经验。 3. Good local market knowledge and awareness, and good knowledge of hotel network operating software and hardware. 良好的本地市场知识，熟悉酒店网络运营软硬件。

1、确保电脑部工作正常运行及日常工作有序而高效，并随时准备为酒店电脑使用人提供帮助。 2、确保所有电脑软件保存于安全的状态。 3、及时向管理层汇报系统运行过程中的情况及出现的新问题。 4、商业职责：确保电脑部硬件和软件的安全，防止损失。
