Job Summary
To Assist the Director or Manager, Learning and Development with the support and co-ordination of all administrative related issues in the department.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain records, filing systems and computer file
Attend meetings in order to record minutes.
Work and coordinate closely with departmental training coordinator on training arrangement and administration matters.
Coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation and housekeeping, in order to assist the managers.
Assist in making sure all training setup are in place before starts.

GENERALMISSION 职责概述
Underthe general guidance and supervision of the Human Resources Manager, theTraining Officer will assist in planning, controlling, coordinating andparticipating hotel staff training. Manage and control hotel quality includingservice quality and staff service quality, improve staff service standards andimprove hotel quality.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责和任务
Training Area培训方面:
1. Establishes hotel orientation,training, developing and evaluating systems.
建立酒店迎新培训,完善并评估培训系统。
2. Identifies training needs
分析培训需求。
3. Develops training programs
提高培训计划。
4. Establishes standard policies andprocedures for training
建立培训政策及程序标准。
5. Liaises with external resourcespersonnel
建立与外界培训资源的联络。
6. Ensure the staff compliance withhotel training policies and procedures
确保员工遵守酒店培训政策及程序。
7. Oversee staff hotel training andeffective staff management.
统一负责酒店的培训工作以保证对全体员工的有效管理。
8. Maintains and updates stafftraining records, policies and procedures and other training matters. Conducts Training Needs. Analysis for management and supervisory staffto identify and determine training needs.

Assists with all in-house training courses including delivery where deemed appropriate.

Assists in the development and up-date of training resources.
•准备每次培训需要的所有材料(如:参与人员、培训器材、证书等)Prepares all materials required (i.e. participants manual, training equipment, certificates) for each training session.
•准备并协调每月培训计划
Prepares and communicate monthly training calendar.
•组织并跟进内外部培训的签到与出席情况
Organize and follow-up internal and external training sign-up and attendance.
•整理培训出席记录
Compiles training attendance records.
•协助月末培训报表的整理
Assists in the generation of the month end training report.
•理解员工手册既定的规章制度、酒店关于火警、卫生、健康以及安全政策,并严格遵守Understands and strictly adheres to the rules & regulations established in the employees’ handbook and the hotel’s policy on fire, hygiene, health & safety.
•执行管理层分配的其他任何工作任务Performs any other duties as assigned to him/her by management.
