岗位职责： 1.督促检查工程部管辖下的各机房按照部门下达的运行调度指令中规定的各项要求进行日常运转，并在值班日志上做好运行调度记录。 2.接受、处理、下达各有关部门送来的维修工作单，协同有关人员认真做好维修工作单中的各项维修记录，并督促检查维修工作单的完成。每月分部门和班组统计填写维修材料损耗报表，维修工时统计报表，备品备件材料采购计划报表，送报有关领导和部门。 3.每日统计水、电、油、气的消耗情况，天气状况，客房的出租率，餐饮部的营业额，做出能源消耗分析报表，按旬送报有关领导和部门。 4.督促检查考核工程部各专业组和各机房的维修运行人员是否按照部门制定的职责范围和工作程序工作，是否按照部门制定的设备安全操作规程和有关巡检，保养、检查制度工作。 5.协助部门制定预防性维修，大修及技术措施计划，与各专业组主管密切衔接，协助并督促更新改造工程与日常修理项目的工作进度能按时完成。 6.掌握设备器材的备品备件的供应，储备和消耗情况，对紧缺备件，应督促有关部门及时采购，以满足供应要求。 7.出席部门召集的专业性技术会议和部门行政会议，提供日运行工作中记录的各种考核资料与运行数据。 8.管理好部门管辖范围内的各机房、办公室、值班室，管道井的备用钥匙，并分类编号挂在钥匙箱内，值班室钥匙箱内的备用钥匙使用时要有记录。 9.督促检查工程部各专业组和各机房的值班，运行维修人员按照排班表规定的时间和要求上下班，并做好值班运行维修记录。 10.始终保持管辖范围内的工作有条不紊，工作场所整洁卫生，协助其他同事做好工作。 11.接受、处理、执行工程部经理下达的一切工作指令和运行调度指令。 任职条件： 1、有强烈的事业心与责任感，对工作一丝不苟，任劳任怨。 2、具有变配电、自动控制、暖通等系统设备的操作及管理知识。 3、熟悉饭店机电工程设备、消防设备、建筑设施等的布局、功能；具有较强的综合分析、判断能力和应急能力、能合理调配人 力、有较强的组织管理能力。 4、对所有当班运行人员、维修人员有指挥、调度权。 5、须持有高压电工证，技能需偏向于暖通方面的优先考虑。
