MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
Assist the Good Kitchen Chef de Cuisine in managing daily operations,enabling team members to utilize their skills to produce high - quality products. Train team members in food production, hotel standards, rules and regulations, and implement hotel policies and procedures.
协助西厨房厨师长管理日常工作,使团队成员能运用他们的技能生产出高质量的产品。向团队成员培训食品制造,酒店标准,规章制度,贯彻酒店政策程序。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
• College degree or above, major in cooking is preferred
大专以上学历,烹饪专业优先
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Sous chef in hotel Western kitchen
至少5年的酒店西厨房副厨师长经验
• Exposure to industry which required high service standard.
展现高水平的行业服务标准。
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他专业要求
• Self-starter with hands-on approach. Innovative and has a “can-do” attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

• Food and Beverage culinary management experience with demonstrated leadership.

• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

• Good command of English and Chinese. Mandarin is a must.
良好的中英文能力,普通话标准
• A clean criminal record is a-must.
