Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·Assist in planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating Talent & Culture activities in areas of Talent benefits, wages, salary, labour and Talent relations, recruitment, Talent career development.
·Recommending, implementing, formulating and executing hotel policies, procedures, rules, regulations and program for Talent.
·Control payroll cost, help hotel running with a good manning budget.
·Ensure wherever possible that talents are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimisation.
·Interacts with external establishments or individuals such as schools, labour market, social insurance bureau etc. government officials and members of the local community.
·Maintain and update Talent records, legal document, policies and procedures and other personnel matters.
·Must be an example of the Accorhotels Values, brand standards, and a champion of grooming and appearance guidelines.
协助管理与协调人才福利、人才工资、劳资关系、新人才的招聘、人才职业发展等工作。
·协助负责制订,完善并执行酒店的规章制度,工作程序和其它人才活动。
·控制人力成本,帮助酒店在正常运营中拥有良性的人员编制。
·确保人才不会受到与工作场所相关的歧视,骚扰和侵害。
·与酒店相关团体和个人,如学校、劳力市场、社保局、当地社区等保持良好的联系。
·管理和更新人才的档案、法律法规文件、酒饭店规章制度与工作程序,以及其他人事文件。
·遵循雅高酒店集团价值观、品牌标准的榜样,酒店人才仪容仪表和行为标准的指导人。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·College degree or above
·3 years or above experience in personnel administration esp. in the area of recruitment at 4 or 5 star international hotels
·Fluent oral and written English.
·Be familiar with the relevant national and local labor laws and regulations
·With capability of communication and coordination
·Work honestly with strong responsibility, fairly handle matters
·大专或以上学历
·三年以上国际品牌酒店人事管理特别是招聘工作的经验
·有良好的英语能力
·熟悉国家和地方的劳动法律法规
·有较强的沟通协调和管理能力
·工作认真负责,作风正派,处事公正,有良好的素质
