岗位职责:
1.To coordinate the work of mise-en-place and production.
根据需要备货和产品
2.Each dish prepared can be top quality food product.
每道菜准备能保证菜品质量。
3.To follow instructions of the supervisors.

He/she will be assigned to the tasks in accordance with the standard operating procedures as implemented by the Executive Chef. He/she must ensure that proper hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen are followed and adequate stocks of the food supply in the buffet counters.
根据行政总厨批准的标准操作流程来向其分配任务,必须严格遵守厨房食品卫生程序,确保布菲台上食物充足。务必做到能同部门内部高效沟通并参与培训,同厨师长共同革新食物展示。
