Be responsible for the reception and management of the hotel's front office department, be familiar with the functions of the front office service facilities, and ensure they are in good condition.

Conduct relevant market plan analysis, formulate departmental work plans, and complete work reports.
进行有关的市场计划分析制定部门工作计划,完成工作报告。
Achieve the highest occupancy rate of guest rooms and obtain the best guest room revenue.
使客房达到最高出租率,获取最佳的客房收入。
Supervise the heads of subordinate departments, assign work tasks, clarify job responsibilities, and adjust work arrangements at any time.
督导下属部门主管,委派工作任务,明确岗位责任,随时调整工作部署。
Maintain good guest relations and be able to handle guest complaints independently and effectively.
保持良好的客际关系,能独立有效地处理宾客投诉。
Assist the hotel and higher-level leaders in handling emergencies.
协助酒店与更高一级领导处理突发事件。
Position requirements岗位要求
College degree or above, with more than 5 years of working experience in the same position.
大专以上学历,有同岗位工作经验5年以上。
Be familiar with the operation and management of the hotel front desk, and have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to work.
熟悉酒店前厅的经营管理工作,具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神。
Supervise the service quality standards and operation process standards of the staff in each branch of the front office, and implement comprehensive supervision over all the work of the front office department.
督导前厅各分部员工服务质量标准、操作流程标准并对前厅部各项工作实施全面监管。
Effectively implement, carry out and complete the monthly work plan formulated by the department.
有效贯彻、落实并完成部门制订的每月工作计划。
Fluent in English dialogue, with strong coordination and management skills, and certain sales capabilities.
英语对话流利,有较强的协调管理能力,具有一定的销售能力。
Have a comprehensive grasp of the basic financial knowledge related to front desk cashiering and be capable of handling financial issues involved in daily service processes.
全面掌握前台收银方面的财务基础知识,能处理日常服务环节中所涉及到的财务方面的问题。
