Responsible for market development, sales, and maintenance of hotel rooms and conferences.

The system effectively contacts key customers by phone and reports new market discoveries and business opportunities to the general manager.

Pre confirm and lock in key customers, use sales data to develop appropriate and effective sales strategies to increase market share.
预先确认和锁定关键客户,利用销售资料展开适当有效的销售策略完成市场份额增加。
Familiarize oneself with hotel competitors, understand their products, conduct regular market research and competitor surveys.
熟悉酒店竞争对手,了解竞争酒店产品,进行正常的市场调查和竞争对手的调查。
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and targets.
做好年度、季度、月度的销售计划和目标
Representing the hotel in international and domestic sales activities.
代表酒店参加国际及国内的销售活动。
Position requirements岗位要求
Proficient in using social media platforms and selling computer systems.
熟练掌握使用社交平台及销售电脑系统
Understand the international market of business tourism, tourism industry, and conference tourism
了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场,会议旅游
Must have good Chinese and English reading and writing skills
必须具备良好的中,英文读写能力
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as a team

6、5 years of experience in sales and marketing, including management experience in international chain hotels and at least 3 years of sales manager experience
