Take full responsibility for the work of the Western and Chinese kitchens and report directly to the general manager.

Be responsible for coordinating, training and providing work safety standards, and implement and maintain the highest level of food safety and hygiene standards at any time. Innovate the buffet format, participate in the creation of new dishes, and pursue the highest standards.
负责协调、培训和提供工作安全标准,随时执行和维护最高等级的食品安全及卫生标准。创新自助餐形式,参与新菜式的创作,追求最高标准。
Be responsible for the overall condition of kitchen mechanical equipment, assist in maintenance and cleaning, and keep the facilities in good condition. Monitor the temperature of the refrigeration equipment. Record the problems that occur and communicate with the engineering department in a timely manner.
负责厨房机械设备的整体状况,协助维护及清洁,保持设施处于良好状态。监控冷藏设备的温度。记录出现的问题,及时与工程部门沟通。
Check the material requirements, provide the correct ingredients for the normal operation of each kitchen, and ensure their preservation and transfer. Replenish the goods in time.
检查材料需求,为各厨房的正常运转提供正确食材,保证它的保存和转交。及时补货。
Supervise the catering preparation according to the event requirements received by the banquet sales department.
根据宴会销售部门接到的活动要求监督餐饮准备情况。
Be responsible for the inventory expenses and cost control of the kitchen.
负责厨房的库存费用及成本控制。
Analyze quality indicators and customer evaluations, make timely improvements and launch improvement plans.
分析质量指标和顾客评价,及时改进并推出改善计划。
Position requirements岗位要求
More than 2 years of working experience as a head chef.
2年以上厨师长工作经验。
Strong leadership and communication skills.
