Duties:
1. Develop and execute
the digital strategy to increase brand awareness and enhance the hotel's
market share.
2. Oversee the hotel’s
digital presence and creation of digital content, including website
management, social media, and content marketing, etc.
3. Develop and
implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to improve sales
performance.
4. Analyze market
trends and competitors to provide recommendations for the hotel's business
development.
5. Collaborate with
the internal and external department to ensure that the digital strategy
aligns with the hotel's overall goals.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 3
years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related fields,
preferably with a background in luxury hospitality or lifestyle agency.
2. Have experience in
successfully managing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC advertising,
social media initiatives) and driving measurable results.
3. Knowledge of
e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies of online retail.
4. Proficiency in SEO,
SEM, PPC advertising.
5. Good communication
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
across departments.
6. Be passionate about
the hotel industry and possess innovative thinking and problem-solving
abilities.
7. A bachelor’s degree
or above with proficiency in English.
