By planning, organizing, directing and controlling the operation management of food and beverages, assist the banquet director in integrating the banquet department as an independent profit center, and ensure guest satisfaction.

核心职责 Core Responsibilities
1 "直属上级不在时主持部门例会,推动直属上级部署策略的实施;安排人力资源配置,促进部门协作。
When the immediate supervisor is absent, I chair the departmental meeting and drive the implementation of the strategies deployed by the immediate supervisor; I also arrange the allocation of human resources and promote departmental collaboration."
2 "协助上级制定兼职人员仪容仪表规范;落实班前检查及整改机制;确保在岗人员形象规范统一。
Assist the superiors in formulating the grooming and appearance standards for part-time staff; implement the pre-shift inspection and rectification mechanism; ensure that the image of on-duty personnel is uniformly and standardly presented."
3 "统筹活动筹备与团队部署,与负责人保持实时沟通;全程把控出品与服务质量;活动后收集反馈并同步团队,协助上级总结改进方向。
Coordinate the preparation of the event and the deployment of the team, maintain real-time communication with the responsible person; strictly control the quality of the product and service throughout the process; collect feedback after the event and share it with the team, and summarize and determine the improvement direction with the superiors."

5 "借助试餐,活动前沟通会,销售引荐等途径,主动建立与客户的沟通机制,通过沟通深入了解客户偏好及需求,并在活动服务中精准落地呈现,若客户需求超出权限范围可及时向上级申请协调,力求为客户打造超出预期的体验。
Through means such as trial meals, pre-event communication meetings, and sales referrals, actively establish communication channels with customers. Through these interactions, deeply understand the preferences and needs of customers, and accurately implement them in the event services. Monitor the safety stock and the maximum stock levels of the department's supplies (alcoholic beverages, guest amenities and equipment)."
7 "实时响应并处置运营突发状况,及时通报并按要求总结成册更新应急预案案例集。
Respond and handle operational emergencies in real time, promptly notify relevant parties and summarize and update the emergency plan case collection as required."
8 "贯彻执行宴会运营标准及兼职培训体系,确保执行标准统一。
Implement and enforce the banquet operation standards and the part-time training system to ensure uniformity in the execution of standards."
9 "全面督导早晚班运营衔接,全流程管控服务与出品质量,确保操作符合食品安全管理体系、餐饮卫生规范,同时保障客户信息有效衔接。
Comprehensively supervise the connection between morning and evening shifts in operations, fully control the quality of services and food production throughout the process, ensure that the operations comply with the food safety management system and catering hygiene standards, and at the same time guarantee the effective connection of customer information."
10 "对接客房部、工程部、管事部、保卫部,围绕宴会厅清洁、餐具物品定期深度清洁、设施维修保养、安全隐患排查四类工作,协助上级制定周期表,明确执行要求并推动落地。
Cooperate with the housekeeping department, engineering department, housekeeping services department and security department. Focus on four types of tasks: cleaning of the banquet hall, regular deep cleaning of tableware and items, facility maintenance and repair, and safety hazard inspection. Assist the superiors in formulating a schedule, clearly defining the execution requirements and promoting its implementation."
11 "执行餐饮部绩效考核体系,跟进指标设定及数据复盘,激励员工达成预算目标。
Implement the performance assessment system of the F&B department, follow up on the setting of indicators and data review, and motivate employees to achieve the budget targets."
12 "协助上级制定次年度 CAPEX 计划及月度采购计划,确保与业务需求精准匹配。
Assist the supervisor in formulating the CAPEX plan for the next year and the monthly procurement plan, ensuring a precise alignment with business requirements."
13 "基于市场需求分析,协同直属上级及厨房拟定高质价比菜单与饮品单,严执出品标准化规范。
Based on market demand analysis, collaborate with the immediate supervisor and the kitchen to formulate cost-effective menu and beverage lists, and strictly adhere to the standardization regulations for production."
14 "承接并执行上级或跨部门协作需求的突发性、临时性运营任务,确保任务执行质量与运营效率。
Take on and execute sudden and temporary operational tasks based on the requirements from superiors or cross-departmental collaborations, ensuring the quality and efficiency of task execution."
15 "实时洞察本地竞品宴会厅运营情况,对标自身进行对比分析,优化部门运营策略,精准借鉴竞品优势、补足自身短板。
Real-time monitoring of the operation status of local competing banquet halls, conducting comparative analysis with our own situation, optimizing the department's operation strategies, and accurately drawing on the advantages of competing entities while filling in the gaps in our own weaknesses."
