岗位概述: · 在指定工作范围内，专业并有效地履行主管指定的工作职责。 · 在指定食品加工区域按照食品安全卫生标准制作食品。 · 安全使用厨房设施设备。 · 确保所有相关的自助餐台在客人到达之前摆放完毕并合乎出餐标准。 · 当在明档厨房准备食品或烹饪时，适当的与客人沟通；在前场或餐厅时必须注 意整洁和行为举止。 · 能够适应酒店行业，公司等的变化并做出相应决策。 资质要求： 1. 基本要求（年龄，性别，外貌等）: · 拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。 · 具有听、说、读和写的能力。 · 18周岁以上男性或女性。 · 身体健康。 2. 学历要求: · 中学或相当学历。 3. 工作经验: · 拥有一些厨房工作经验。
