To perform duties within the framework defined by the hotel as supervised by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
2、 协助市场销售总监监督整个部门的运作。
To assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in overseeing the sales department’s functioned.
3、清楚地了解酒店目标和销售目标的设置。
To know clearly the hotel objectives and sales target set.
4、协助准备年度预算和市场规划。
To provide input and assist in the formulation and preparation of annual budget and marketing plan.
5、指导和评估当下销售市场的走势。
Monitors and evaluates contemporary sales and marketing initiatives and trends.
6、监督,指导销售团队确保其完成酒店营销目标。
To supervise, drive and monitor sales activities of the Sales Teams to ensure that they meet the goals of the hotel and marketing plan.
7、协助有效销售工作的进行,确保对于潜在客户的全面覆盖,跟进的高效实行。
Assist in implementation of effective sales system and procedures that ensure efficient execution of all potential coverage, follow-up and tracing of leads.
8、代表销售团队进行销售区域的划分,销售旅行的安排,如有新的潜在市场须向市场销售总监报告。
Plans and executes sales coverage area/territory and sales trips on behalf of the Sales Team to major market areas, and report to Director of Sales & Marketing on new potential market areas that should be covered
9、 确保所有客户信息的时时更新,包括数据信息的更新,产品跟踪,客户动向。
To review and ensure upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each accounts (including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each accounts).
10、 向市场销售总监提交每周和每月报表。
To prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports required to be submitted to the Director of Sales & marketing.
11、 确保销售人员按相关政策和规定及时回复客户需求。
To ensure the Sales Teams responds to all correspondence and inquiries of leads within the time limit set according to the policy & procedure
12、确保对于竞争者动向的时时关注。制定完整的有关竞争者价格,促销活动,入住率和销售策略的调查报告并每月更新。
Ensures complete awareness by sales team on competitor’s activities at all times. Updates on monthly basis, a full competitors’ survey on rates, promotions, and occupancy and sales strategies.
13、协助及协调部门内部对于主要客户来访的接待工作。
Assist and coordinate with Sales Team in the execution of familiarization/site inspection trips to hotels by major clients.
14、指导销售团队合同的拟定。
To guide the Sales Team in contract negotiation.
