What you will do
Fully understand the contents of the Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou Employee Handbook
完全理解杭州四季酒店员工手册的内容。
To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
全面理解并遵守酒店政策及消防、卫生、健康和安全。
Fully understand the Four Seasons brand philosophy and core values, follow these service standards and apply them to the Spa department.

To report to work, punctually, wearing uniform and name tag at all time.
报告工作,守时,上班时穿着制服并佩戴名牌。
To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all time by adhering to the Four Seasons grooming standard.

To keep himself / herself up to date with the Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracking (SALT) and seek to positively increase these result.

To notify Spa manager immediately for any guest complaint, as well as taking ownership on guest inquiry.

Follow property specific procedures for handling emergency situations (e. g; evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters) .

What you bring

Recognized qualification in a Beauty Therapy or Massage Course
