1.       代表总经理和酒店建立良好的宾客关系，维护酒店的声誉； 2.       回答客人的询问，并提供必要的帮助和服务； 3.       妥善处理一切有关酒店服务与设施的投诉，听取客人的各类意见和建议； 4.       协调有关部门处理客人在酒店内发生的意外事故； 5.       维护大堂及公共区域的秩序，确保宾客和酒店的人身及财产安全，保持环境的安静、整洁； 6.       协助或代表总经理做好VIP和行政楼层客人的接待工作； 7.       检查、督导在大堂及公共区域工作的各部门的工作情况和遵章守纪情况； 8.       征求宾客意见，及时向总经理汇报并向有关部门反映； 9.       详细记录在值班期间所发生和处理的所有事件。将一些特殊的、重要的内容整理成文，交前厅部经理审阅后呈总经理批示。

岗位职责： 1.在工程总监或其代理的指导下，确保酒店设备按照洲际酒店集团标准运作，以确保实现最大化的效率和客人满意度。 Under the guidance of the Director of Engineering or his delegate ensures that the Hotels equipment is operated in accordance with IHG standards to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction. 2.协助工程总监履行筹开工程清单中列出的所有工程相关职责。 Assist Director of Engineer for all the engineering related jobs as describe in pre-opening engineering check list. 3.支持和发起降低能源及公共设施成本和流程改进的计划。 Supports and initiate programs for the improvement procedures and the reduction of energy and utility costs. 4.每天准备项目管理工作定单并跟进工作定单。将任何问题或延迟告知工程总监。 Prepares PM work orders and follows up work orders on a daily basis. Advisees the Director of Engineer on any problems or delays. 5.监督外部承包商对机房或设备的相关工作，以确保高标准的工艺水平。 Supervises outside contractor when working on plants or equipment in order to ensure high standards of workmanship. 岗位要求： 技术学校任何工程相关专业毕业或接受过职业培训加上相关毕业专业四年经验，有1年管理经验或同等的教育和经历者优先。拥有酒店经验者优先。持有法律可能要求的职业证书和许可证。 Technical school graduate in any of engineering related trade or obtain vocational training plus four years of experience in related trade of graduation and prefer 1 year supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Hotel experience preferred. Professional certification and license if required by law.

确保酒店的客人房间及楼层的整洁干净。 (楼层副理方向) To manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the Hotel’s guest rooms and floors. 管理酒店公共区域，客房及后场办公室的清洁工作。(公共区域副理方向) To manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the Hotel’s public, guest room and back-of-the house areas. 协助客房部经理及客房部副经理确保客房部流畅及高效的运作，确保员工严格遵守运营手册内所列的政策和程序。 Assists the Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.
