Actively and proactively supervise the hygiene of the kitchen freezer to ensure the hygiene and safety of kitchen operations.

Be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the hygiene of the kitchen, including the food preparation area and the storage area.

Organize work training in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.

Position requirements岗位要求
At least two years of working experience in a bakery.
至少两年的饼房工作经验。
Be familiar with the knowledge of food safety regulations.
熟知食品安全法规知识。
Familiar with the making of Western-style bread and pastries, and have an innovative consciousness.
熟悉西式面包及点心得制作,有创新意识。
