I. Position Overview
As an intern in Learning and Development, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of training programs, enhancing the skills and knowledge of hotel staff, and contributing to the overall service excellence of the hotel. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality training field, understand the operational dynamics of a hotel, and develop essential professional skills.
II. Key Responsibilities
1、Material Preparation: Assist in the creation, compilation, and updating of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and training manuals.
2、Logistics Arrangement: Help with the logistical aspects of training sessions, such as booking training rooms, ensuring the availability of necessary equipment (projectors, audio - visual devices, etc.), and preparing refreshments for participants.
3、Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate and update training records, including trainee information, attendance records, and assessment results.
4、File Organization: Keep training related files well organized.
III. Qualifications and Requirements
1、College degree or above, with internship experience in related industries or positions.
2、The internship duration is six months, starting in August.
3、Cheerful personality with good verbal communication skills.
4、Conscientious and meticulous work attitude, with strong execution ability.
5、Strong sense of teamwork.
6、Have skill in using common software applications and social media, such as PowerPoint, Little Red Book etc.
7、Fluent both in Mandarin and English.
