Candidates must have solid foundational Western pastry skills and be able to independently produce various cakes, breads and desserts. 不限学历、年龄、工作经验，但需具备扎实的西点制作基础，能够独立完成各类蛋糕、面包及甜品的制作。 Familiar with food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards, with good personal hygiene habits. 熟悉食品安全法规与厨房卫生标准，有良好的个人卫生习惯。 Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork; capable of leading a team to complete daily production targets efficiently. 具备较强的责任心和团队协作意识，能有效带领小组完成每日任务。 Quick to learn, open to new recipes, production techniques and hotel standardized training programs. 学习能力强，愿意接受新配方、新技术及酒店标准化培训。 Able to adapt to the fast-paced hospitality working environment, work under pressure and comply with shift schedules. 能适应酒店业快节奏工作环境，承受一定压力，服从排班安排。 Must hold a valid health certificate.
