· Manage the key Marketing Communication processes at hotel including Marketing Planning, Collateral and Advertising Production, Content Management, Public Relations, Promotion and Events and Social Media according to IHG Marketing Communications standard operating procedures
· 根据洲际酒店营销传播的标准操作程序,管理酒店的关键营销传播流程,包括营销策划、宣传品和广告制作、内容管理、公共关系、推广和活动以及社交媒体
· Deliver and execute an annual Marketing Plan for all hotel events, public and media relations, loyalty and channel marketing and other marketing activities
· 制定并执行年度营销计划,包括酒店活动、公关和媒体关系、忠诚度、渠道营销和其他营销活动
· Align marketing communication activities to hotel’s key business segments to ensure clear return-on-investment (ROI) for time and budget invested in the activity
· 将营销传播活动与酒店的关键业务部门相结合,以确保在活动中投入的时间和预算有明确的投资回报(ROI)
· Develop media contacts, manage media relations, and organize media activities to promote good publicity and drive hotel awareness.
· 建立媒体联系,管理媒体关系,组织媒体活动,以促进良好的宣传和提高酒店的知名度
· Manage IHG Hotel Content Manager system to update text and images that optimizes the content quality and best represents the Brand standards
· 管理洲际酒店内容管理系统,更新文本和图片,优化内容质量,最能代表品牌标准
· Develop Omni-Channel plus digital marketing capabilities/ services for China market and the property. Such as, Ctrip (OTA), Fliggy (OTP), Little Red Book (SM APP), Douyin (SM APP), WeChat (SM), etc.
· 为中国市场和公司开发渠道/ 数字营销能力/服务。如携程 (OTA), Fliggy (OTP), 小红书 (SM APP), 抖音 (SM APP), 微信 (SM) 等。
· Develop and implement the O2O marketing strategy for the exposure to the Omni-channel business. Develop a deep holistic knowledge of customers to generate creative insights.
· 制定和实施 O2O 营销战略,以接触全渠道业务,加强客户对公司的整体认知,为公司创造创新性的建议方案
· Coordinate with the teams to achieve the digital marketing goals for the hotels and group and execute the appropriate strategies, including the growth of traffic, revenues and conversions on different online platforms and channels.
· 与不同团队协调,实现酒店的数字营销目标,并执行适当的战略,包括不同在线平台和渠道的流量、收入 和转化率的增长。
· Participate to adjust investment, participation and pull-through of Omni-Channel plus digital marketing strategies and plans where appropriate.
