The Role 岗位职责： 1.A member of the Guidance Team(Executive Committee), participates and contributes in the preparation and development of the Hotel’s strategic and Business Plan. Specific attention must be placed on areas of difficult access. 7.Drives implementation of corporate and government Life Safety procedures ensuring the perfect functional condition of all alarm systems, fire prevention and firefighting equipment, ensuring frequent inspections are carried out 8.Conduct property surveys to identify hazards to guests and employees recommending corrective action. Establishes rapport with guests and customers maintaining good customer relationship. 9.Handles all guest complaints, requestsand enquiries pertaining to Engineering related services. Directs subordinates to ensure productivity meets standards given in accordance with Hotel Design Standards and Criteria and Engineering Operations Manual. Focus attention on improving productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utility/payroll costs within acceptable guidelines ensuring optimum deployment and energy efficiency of all equipment. 10.Ensure new technology and equipment are embraced, improving productivity whilst taking work out of the system. Establisha well-organized Engineering store, maintaining close control on the consumption of material, stores and inventory control. Physical inventories of all supplies and operating equipment are to be taken on a monthly and aquarterly basis respectively. Ensures adequate materials are on-hand to perform routine maintenance and assists, if necessary, materials/procurement personnel with sourcing desired/required materials at the best price. 11.Reviews and approves all PurchaseRequests involving Technical Services and installations, machinery, parts. 12. Develops and maintains a detailed Department Operations Manual that reflects policies and procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the Division. Ensures annual review to accurately reflect any changes. Maintains a comprehensive library of Manuals and Parts Lists for all operational equipment, as well as a completeset of up to date drawings for all areas and systems. Implement a comprehensive series of Emergency Procedures covering emergency situations in the event of Fire, natural events, elevator malfunction, building evacuation and similar occurrences. 13.Responsible for preparing the annual Engineering Business Plan ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the hotel and needs of employees. Prepares and regularly updates Engineering Divisional Budget, in close cooperation with the General Manager and Director of Finance ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled .Assists the General Manager in the preparation of Capital Expenditure Plan. 14.Recommends, coordinates, and supervises Special Projects and Capital improvements approved by the management and/orowner(s) as directed. 15.Reviews engineering log(s) and evaluates operating efficiency ofequipment and related components. Controls andmonitors utility consumption, proactively recommending actions to be taken to minimize waste, limit costs and improve levels of productivity. 16.Responsible for ensuring that all hotel and governmental reports are compiled accurately and submitted in a timely manner.Instils training philosophies of the company and work closely with the Training Department developing Departmental Trainers, ensuring that managers and supervisors take an active role in training and development of teammates. 17.Supports training activities focused on improving skills, knowledge and attitude. 岗位职责： 1、负责酒店公共设施的日常维修、设备养护； 2、负责及时处理各类工程维修信息，采取各种措施予以改进，并及时向领导汇报； 4、协助上级领导工作，具体实施上级安排的技术、管理及培训工作； 5、完成工作计划的制定、实施，以及临时安排的工作； 6、负责制订和检查各种运行记录及表格； 7、负责制定每年设施设备的定期维护、保养、改造计划； 8、负责制定本专业设备的操作规程； 9、负责制定本专业备品备件采购计划； 10、负责及时处理企业派发的日常维修单； 11、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。 岗位要求： 1.中专以上文化程度。 2.身体健康，吃苦耐劳。 3.具备相关专业要求的执业证书。 4.至少掌握暖通、电力、装修、给排水、设备维修中至少两个模块的工作内容，并能独立完成维修工作。

岗位职责： ·         负责制冷设备的维修和保养，如，涡轮冷冻机、风冷式冷冻机、步入式冷藏室和冷冻室及其他商用/工业制冷设备。 ·         负责空调设备的维修和保养，如窗式空调、柜式空调和风冷式空调等。 ·         负责酒店范围内的各类维修和保养工作，包括酒店的新增和延伸设施或由酒店提供维修保养的任何其他物业。 ·         参加酒店节能计划 ·         在没有当班工程师/总工程师指导的情况下，主动并预见性地实施预防性维修计划中规定的任务。 ·         负责各类设备的检修和相关服务，如，洗衣设备、厨房设备、加热设备、通风和空调设备、包括发动机、泵、风扇、水处理装置、污水处理装置和发电机、电灯和供电、CCTV、电话、电视、消防、生命与安全设备和系统。 岗位要求： 1、中专及以上学历，工程、暖通相关专业，2年及以上相关工作经验； 2、至少具备其一：制冷与空调作业（空调设备运行操作证、制冷设备运行操作证）、制冷作业类（制冷安装维修）； 3、具有扎实的暖通专业知识，熟悉暖通设备的安全操作规范； 4、熟练使用电脑和办公软件； 5、坚忍不拔，敬业奉献，有持续学习能力，有较强的服务意识，责任心强，安全意识强。

岗位职责： 1、负责所管辖范围（酒店/商铺等）各类电气、暖通和厨房等设备的管理； 2、负责所管辖范围设备维修、保养计划，组织实施安排和各项日常维修的工作； 3、负责巡视和检查所管辖范围的各专项维修保养工程的进度及结果，并及时做好记录形成报告； 4、负责所管辖范围的各项即时性的保障维修，并及时做好记录行程报告； 5、协助做好全年开支预算，包括工程器材，材料及零件等。 6、协助评估其下属员工的工作表现，提高员工工作士气及改善工作方法。 7、协助工程部经理制订工程抢修程序，协助执行抢救演习。 8、编制每日工作及交接日志，月总结和计划； 9、完成其他上级领导安排的工作。 任职要求： 1、中专及以上学历，电气等相关专业，5年工作经验，1-2年主管经验； 2、持有电工证和制冷设备维修证，持有高压证或厨房设备维修经验优先考虑； 3、熟悉酒店或商业的工程设备管理规范，并能进行工程管理SOP的编写； 4、具有较强的沟通表达能力和抗压能力，对工作有责任心； 5、具有良好的团队协作精神和客户服务意识，积极主动推进或配合工作； 6、基本掌握电脑办公软件的操作。

工作职责：1.协助工程师完成酒店客房、公共区域（如餐厅、大堂、泳池等）的设施检修，包括水电、空调、照明、门锁等设备。2.定期巡查锅炉房、配电房、空调系统等关键设备，记录运行数据并反馈异常情况。3.参与突发故障（如管道漏水、电路跳闸）的现场处理，协助制定解决方案。4.协助统计酒店能耗数据，提出节能建议（如照明控制、设备启停优化）。5.配合客房部对退房房间进行工程验收，及时修复损坏设施并反馈问题根源。6.参与酒店局部改造或翻新项目，协助监督施工进度、质量及安全规范。7.管理工程部仓库，定期盘点工具和备品备件，确保维修材料充足。8.响应客房、餐饮等部门的维修需求，快速协调资源解决问题，提升内部满意度。9.严格遵守酒店安全管理制度，参与消防演练及设备安全检查。10.更新设备台账、维护记录及技术图纸，确保文档完整可追溯。11.协助联系外部维修供应商，跟进合同执行及费用结算。12.学习酒店环保技术（如太阳能利用、中水回收），参与可持续发展项目。13.与客房部、安保部等团队沟通协作，保障服务流程顺畅。14.掌握酒店智能化系统（如 BA 系统、物联网设备）的操作与维护。任职资格：1.大专及以上学历，酒店管理、工程管理、机电一体化等相关专业在校生。2.熟悉基础工程知识，了解水电、暖通等系统原理优先。3.具备简单工具操作能力（如万用表、电钻等），接受短期体力劳动。4.责任心强，能适应倒班或应急值班安排（如夜间设备巡查）。5.沟通能力良好，服务意识突出，善于处理客户需求。
