GENERALMISSION 职责概述
Underthe general guidance and supervision of the Human Resources Manager, theTraining Officer will assist in planning, controlling, coordinating andparticipating hotel staff training. Manage and control hotel quality includingservice quality and staff service quality, improve staff service standards andimprove hotel quality.
在人力资源总监和培训质检经理的指导及管理下,培训主任将主要进行计划、控制、协调、参与酒店员工的培训活动。并负责管理和控制酒店质量,包含了服务和员工的服务标准,不断提升员工服务标准和最终提升全酒店的服务质量。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责和任务
Training Area培训方面:
1. Establishes hotel orientation,training, developing and evaluating systems.
建立酒店迎新培训,完善并评估培训系统。
2. Identifies training needs
分析培训需求。
3. Develops training programs
提高培训计划。
4. Establishes standard policies andprocedures for training
建立培训政策及程序标准。
5. Liaises with external resourcespersonnel
建立与外界培训资源的联络。
6. Ensure the staff compliance withhotel training policies and procedures
确保员工遵守酒店培训政策及程序。
7. Oversee staff hotel training andeffective staff management.
统一负责酒店的培训工作以保证对全体员工的有效管理。
8. Maintains and updates stafftraining records, policies and procedures and other training matters. Conducts Training Needs. Analysis for management and supervisory staffto identify and determine training needs.
管理和更新员工培训档案、酒店规章制度与工作程序以及其它培训文件进行培训需求调查,为管理层及主管员工分析及决定培训要求。

Assists with all in-house training courses including delivery where deemed appropriate.
•协助培训资源的开发与更新
Assists in the development and up-date of training resources.
•准备每次培训需要的所有材料(如:参与人员、培训器材、证书等)Prepares all materials required (i.e. participants manual, training equipment, certificates) for each training session.
•准备并协调每月培训计划
Prepares and communicate monthly training calendar.
•组织并跟进内外部培训的签到与出席情况
Organize and follow-up internal and external training sign-up and attendance.
•整理培训出席记录
Compiles training attendance records.
•协助月末培训报表的整理
Assists in the generation of the month end training report.
•理解员工手册既定的规章制度、酒店关于火警、卫生、健康以及安全政策,并严格遵守Understands and strictly adheres to the rules & regulations established in the employees’ handbook and the hotel’s policy on fire, hygiene, health & safety.
•执行管理层分配的其他任何工作任务Performs any other duties as assigned to him/her by management.
All training sessions are prepared and set-up in advance.

Responsible for training departmental fixed assets inventory and preservation.

Assist the L&D Manager to collect Monthly Niccolo Guardians Nomination related materials and prepare Monthly Niccolo Guardians Selection PPT and Monthly Niccolo Guardians Award.
协助培训经理收集月度优秀员工提名的相关资料,并准备月度优秀员工评选PPT 和月度优秀员工奖励。
Collect training and colleague activity photos and make posters after the training or activity is completed
收集培训及活动照片,并在培训或活动完成后制作海报。
Assist L&D manager to prepare Monthly L&D Report for WHM and Monthly HR Sharing PPT.
协助培训经理准备九龙仓酒店月度培训报告和每月人力资源部分享PPT。
Assist L&D manager to prepare Collogue Credit Award Report.
协助培训经理统计员工积分奖励报告。
Conduct daily spot check to ensure hotel grooming/ hotel product knowledge and departmental training meet the brand standard.
进行每日抽查以确保仪容仪表、酒店产品知识及部门培训符合品牌标准.
Arrange job applicants fill the application form before the interview.
接待求职者,安排填写《职位申请表》。
Ensure Human Resources office is clean, tidy and is functional.
保持人力资源办公室干净整洁,功能齐全。
Purchase stock/inventory according to purchasing procedures and specification.
根据采购程序和规范采购库存。
Manage the part-time meal coupon application and accept it, reminders department the contract expiration timely.
保持酒店外包和小时工公司合同档案及时更新,管理小时工餐券申请和发放,及时提醒部门如果合同即将到期。
Understand and strictly adhere to the rules & regulations established in the employee handbook and to the hotel’s policies on fire, hygiene, health & safety.
理解并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度,遵守酒店的消防安全、卫生、健康和安全政策。
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.

Carry out other tasks as directed by Learning & Development Manager.
