BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
Responsiblefor the day-to-day administration operations of the security function withinthe hotel. In addition, the Manager is also responsible for certain generaladministrative functions, as designated by the General Manager and Deputy GeneralManager. These may include licensing as well as liaison with certain localauthorities where regular contact is required to ensure the hotel is operatingwithin local regulations.
负责酒店内每日安全保卫工作管理,另外也执行总经理所分派的某些行政工作,如为促进酒店的顺利运营与当地的管理机构接触办理相关的许可证等等。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责和义务
1. Supervise the security departmental operations, ensuring adequate patrolpatterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the safety of guests andassociates.
指导监督本部的运作,保证巡视工作的正确执行,确保客人和同事的安全。
2. Practical training of associates in elements of fire control, safetyinspections, evacuation etc. Ensure regular training sessions are held with thehotel’s fire control team to establish and maintain require skill level.
对员工进行灭火,安全检查和消防疏散等基本知识的培训和演练。定期对酒店消防队进行培训演习以培养和保证消防队伍的技术水平。
3. Carry out random checks to ensure masterkeys, which have been issued, are all accounted for and in the possession ofthe staff that have accepted responsibility for them.
随机抽查钥匙的分配情况并明确钥匙的持有人的责任。
4.Ensure a member of thedepartment is in attendance at all safety & security related incidentswithin the hotel. Review reports submittedand conduct a follow up investigation to uncover how the accident/incident occurred, the person(s) responsible (taking necessaryfurther action) and how this can be prevented in the future.
确保有一名部门成员参加酒店内部发生的有关安全保卫的事件的处理过程。认真审阅事故报告,开展调查工作以找出事件的起因,责任人(采取必要的措施),并考虑如何在今后杜绝此类
事情的发生。
5. Design internal reportingsystems required by the department.
制定内部的报告系统。
6. Develop procedures for implementation andmonitoring of reporting systems, keeping trace of all accidents and incidentsfor internal and external reporting purposes.
不断发展完善执行程序,监督报告系统,对所报告的发生于酒店内外的事件进行跟踪。
7. Ensure compliance with businessoperations laws.
遵守行业法规。
8. Developand review performance standards for operations in the department.
回顾和发展部门内的执行程序的标准。
9. Coordinate operations withinand between other departments/units and cultivate good working relations.
协调部门内部以及各部门间的工作,培养良好的工作关系。
10. Monitor productivity of the unit.
对各部分的生产力进行监督。
11. Ensure that a planned trainingbusiness plan is in place and regular training is carried out on a one-on-oneor group basis.
制定出业务培训计划,实施定期的单独培训和以小组为单位的培训工作。
12. Assist with the planning and delivery of orientation programs for allnew associates.
协助制定和实施新员工的培训规程。
13. Implement performance appraisals, providing regular guidance and goalsetting where appropriate.
实施工作评估,定期提供指导和制定正确的工作目标。
14. Take appropriate action toresolve guest complaints. Communicate with guests in a manner, which promotesgoodwill, trust and satisfaction.
采取适当的方法解决客人投诉。通过与客人交流,建立起友好、信任和满意的对客关系。
15. Develop appropriateadministrative policies and procedures in accordance with hotel goals andguidelines.
按照酒店的目标和指导方针制定适宜的工作政策和程序。
16. Interact with departments andhotel associates in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport,promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
以积极专业的态度与酒店内部各部门及同事沟通,建立起良好的工作关系,增强团队精神确保有效的双向交流。
17. Responsible for establishingand maintaining good working connections and relations with PSB. Carry out othertasks as directed by your supervisor.
要与公安机关建立起良好得工作关系,并在工作中积极沟通合作。完成你上级交待的其它任务。
JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求
1. Knowledge of hotel fire and life safetysystems in the hotel
熟悉酒店内的消防救生系统。
2. General management and leadership skills
具有管理才能。
3. Thorough understanding of the rules andregulations of other local government authorities pertaining to the licensingand operation of hotels.
熟悉由当地政府机构制定的有关酒店各类许可及运营的各项规章制度
4. Minimum 5 years’ experience in managerialhotel Security positions.
至少五年从事保安经理管理工作的经验。
5. The hotel business functions seven days aweek, 24 hours a day. All associates must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may benecessary to move associates from their accustomed shift as business demands.
须明了酒店是每周七天、每天二十四小时运转的行业。因应工作需要,休息日不保证在周末,上班的班次和休息日会随时跟着运营相应调动。
