l Be responsible for the integrity of the hotel physical facilities including proper operation, repair, maintenance & installation of M&E plant, fire & life safety, physical security of the building, FF&E.
保证饭店设施的完好,包括运作情况,机电系统的维修和安装情况,防火和人身安全情况,建筑安全情况及固定资产等。

l To ensure the correct, efficient and timely operation and maintenance of all M&E services. To provide technical support and to lead and supervise in fault diagnosis and trouble shooting.
保证日常运行的准确,高效和准时,并维护机电设备。提供技术支援领导员工进行故障原因分析并进行抢修。
l To make daily, weekly and monthly work assignment as regards to repairs and preventive maintenance and to follow through until work is completed in a satisfactory manner
按照维修工作的需求制订每天,每周和每月工作分配计划。落实维修情况直到达标。
l Constantly determines opportunity for improving productivity and quality from associates in term of utilization, methods and performance
根据每位员工的不同情况合理分派工作,努力提高生产力,不断完善工作方法和程序。
l Constantly evaluate the systems, plants operation for modification and improvement
经常评估系统和设备运行状况,以便及时调整和改进。
l To develop preventive maintenance schedule plan and requirement based on labor availability, business cycle, seasonal considerations, code requirement, etc。
根据人手情况,营业情况,季节情况和法规要求安排预防维护计划和需求。
l To establish priorities of preventive maintenance based on factors such as importance of equipment/system to business or operation, repair or replacement cost, safety factor, recent repair history, etc
根据现实情况优先安排某些预防维护计划,例如对于酒店运作比较重要的设备。维修和需更换花费较多的设备,具有安全隐患的设备和根据最近频繁故障停机抢修记录需要优先安排维护的设备等。
l To update preventive maintenance tasks, frequencies, labor & material estimates, special conditions, etc..
根据实际情况对预防性维修保养任务表进行调整,包括对工作频率、人力和材料投入的估计和可能发生的特殊情况的预测等等。
l To determine materials availability for preventive maintenance with sufficient lead-time for acquisition.
要保证在进行预防性维修保养时所需材料和时间的充足,预先提出零部件采购申请。
l To assist in coordinating and execution of special projects and contractual work
协助和执行特殊项目和承包计划。
l To perform emergency duties as per outline in the hotel emergency procedure.
在紧急情况下执行饭店紧急情况处理程序。
l To ensure that all established rules, regulations, p& p are strictly adhered to。
必须严格执行已经建立的规定,制度,政策和标准程序等。
l To perform all other duties as may be assigned by the Engineer Manager
完成工程经理安排的其它工作。
l To maintain professional and cooperative relationships with other operating department and all associates within engineering department。
与其它运做部门和本部门员工保持专业和合作的关系。

2. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
资格
Required Skills –
技能要求
· Good all round technical knowledge and skills for M&E systems
具有全面的技术知识和维修机电系统的技能。
· Holder of electrical operating licence
必须持有电工证
· Ability to communicate in both oral and written English.
具有英文听说和书写能力。
Qualifications
学历
· Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent
有机械或电力专业证书或相关学历
Experience
经验
· Min. 3 years experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain
至少3年酒店相关工作经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验。
