岗位职责:
1. Under thegeneral guidance and supervision of sales Manager, coordinates negotiationprocesses, Letters of Agreement, secretarial backup, hotel inspections or anyother specific projects as assigned.

2.Handles incoming telephone calls.
处理所有来电。
3.Handles incoming & outgoingcorrespondence of designated Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
处理所有销售经理和销售主任的要求。
4.Maintain an efficient customer filingsystem and to ensure all sales activity is managed effectively.
维护有效的客户文件管理系统为了更有效地维护所有的会议。
5.Ensure all travel industry relatedsales activities is managed efficiently; ensure all group bookings are handledand updated accurately and on a timely basis.
保证所有的旅游行业的销售活动都有效地维护;保证所有的会议预定都是最新和最准确的。
6.Entertain key accounts when required.
宴请所有重要的客户。
7.Responsible for assisting themanagers in typing / filing correspondence such as proposals, Letters ofAgreement, Group Resumes, Thank You letters, Post Event Critique etc.
负责协助经理准备报价,合同,宴会编排表,团队资料,建筑平面图,感谢信等。
8.Maintains a proper filing and tracesystem for the department.
有效的维持部门的追踪系统。
9.Maintains the highest standard ofprofessionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and colleagues.
保持最高的专业度和态度对待客户和同事。
10.Complete other duties as assigned.
完成其他的工作。
任职资格:
1.Minimum 3 years’college education, good at English both speaking and writing
至少三年大专学历,擅长英文口语和书写。
2.Minimum 1 yearsinternal hotel experience in sales and marketing, (Preferred but not required)
至少一年国际品牌酒店市场销售部经验。
