岗位职责： 1. 在防火安全领导小组的领导下，掌握防火系统，制定防火规章制度与计划。履行消防监督检查职能，组织和领导义务消防队，防范火灾发生。负责调查内发生的火灾事故。 2. 接待有关宾客对安全工作方面提出的投诉，并进行处理。 3. 配合公安机关、国家安全部门及上级有关执法机关来协查、指导各项工作。 4. 协助领导，定期进行安全检查，发现问题立即处理。 5. 负责健立健全及本部门安全方面的有关记录和档案。 定期召开部门管理例会。 岗位要求： 1.具有中专以上文化程度，或部队转业军人。 2.经过消防专业或管理专业学习并取得证书。 3.在治安、刑侦、内保、消防有一定工作经验，接受过相关专业培训。 4.具有五年以上，或在四星级以上安保部负责过全面管理工作者

全面负责安保部的日常管理工作； 全面负责酒店消防安全，并定期组织相关培训和演练，提高员工处理突发事件的能力； 主持部门例会，并解决上报的问题；定期巡视检查酒店消防设备和安保系统，发现问题及时维修，确保设备处于良好运行状态； 负责协助总经理处理发生在酒店的突发事件和暴力事件；完成上级领导安排的其它的工作任务。

工作内容： 1、根据保安相关规定，负责做好防火、防盗、防事故等工作，保障酒店的利益； 2、车辆进出指挥有序停放，维护秩序，及时处理突发事件并报告； 3、协助做好来访接待工作及形象展示； 4、服从上级，能合理处理酒店应急事件 岗位要求： 1、 能接受12小时工作制； 2、有保安经验者优先，处理事情要迅速，果断、准确； 3、具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。

【岗位职责】 （监控岗，需持有监控证） 1、疏导过往车辆，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的安全，使门前畅通无阻。 2、保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。 3、保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放。 4.   加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及时向上级报告。 5.   一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。 【岗位要求】 1、具有高中以上文化程度。或退伍军人。 2、处理事情要迅速，果断、准确。 3、具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。
