Manage the keys, make records of all actions. 及时发现可疑人员及异常情况，监督保险箱操作，正确处理火警情况，做好红外线设、撤防，管理公寓钥匙，及做好各项管理记录。 ØCheck and maintenance ofthe equipments at the surveillance room, keep records. 对监控室的设备定期检查、养护，并做好记录。 ·       Patrolling 巡逻岗位： ØPatrolling around the certainroute around property. 按公司巡逻路线，认真做好巡视工作。 ØKeep an eye on the engineeringand hygiene problem of the public area; find the potential accident in time. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 責任概要 : Asst. Manager is response to the training and implementation of all department regulation, rule, procedure and policy. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the implementation, and make any correcting and rectifying suggestions. Assist Loss Prevention Officer to ensure the safety of guest and associate and their property. Participate in investigation and report in accident & incident if necessary. In the absence of manager, Asst. Manager may take the entire responsibility, attend daily Executive Meeting, response to any emergency and make decision, etc. 副经理负责所有部门规章制度和操作程序的培训和执行。监管和评估执行的效果，并提供改进建议。协助安全主管确保酒店客人员工生命财产的安全。并参与到事件事故的调查中。 经理不在时，副经理负责全部门的管理，参加每天的行政会议，处理紧急事件等。 SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務 : 1. Security Operation安全操作  Integrate corporate policies, procedure, guidelines, regulation and directives into the regulation of department. The safety and security of human lives and hotel’s assets are the essential requirement.  将企业政策、程序、方针、规定和指导方向融入到部门规定中。人身安全和酒店财产安全是基本要求。  Monitor the working performance of Loss Prevention personnel; ensure there are compatible to their duties. Give advice to improve their performance if appropriate.  监督安全部人员的工作绩效，确保他们胜任他们的岗位。帮助他们提高工作业绩。  Assist manager to prepare department budget.  协助经理进行部门预算筹划。  Prepare and appraisal duty responsibility for each position and duty in order to ensure smooth operations of day-to-day security activities and functions.  明确各岗位的职责要求，确保每天的安全工作正常运转。  Assist to deal with problems relating to the safety and security of human lives and assets.  协助处理与人身财产安全有关的问题。  Directs and co-ordinates all activities in the Loss Prevention department.  指挥和协调部门内部活动  Organizes systematic supervision and patrolling activities by all Loss Prevention Personnel within and around the hotel premises including storage and blind areas.  组织系统化的针对酒店及周边区域（包括仓库和限制区域）的监督和巡逻。  Review and implement plans and programs for the hotel in all aspects of security management.  审核和实施酒店关于安全管理方面的程序。  Recommends on safety requirements and be proactive and resourceful in the anticipation of changes in human and social needs pertaining to security in the hotel.  提供安全需求建议，积极了解人员和社会上的变化对酒店安全工作的影响。  Inspect on security systems and equipment regularly. Ensure that all statutory obligations in relation to security are met.  审核和提高安全系统和设备。确保符合所有的书面规定。  Assist in the recruitment, training, coaching, counseling, evaluating performance and administration of all loss Prevention personnel.  负责安全部人员的雇佣、培训、指导、咨询、绩效评估和行政管理。  Liaise with Police, Fire Department, National Security Bureau and all relevant local authorities, and co-ordinate any inquiries from them.  和警方、消防局、安全局和其他政府机构保持良好的合作关系，配合他们进行调查。  Conduct checks and be accountable for key inventory/management.  负责钥匙存放、管理和检查  Conduct checks and record of all hotel walkie-talkies regularly. Emergency Response紧急应对  In the event of emergency, instruct Loss Prevention Personnel to perform their duties as the request of manager.  紧急情况下，指示安全部人员按经理要求履行他们的职责。  Coordinate with FO, ENG, HSKP, other department heads and Crisis Management Team to prepare rescue, evacuation, and recovery activities.  和前厅、工程、客房及其他相关部门和危急管理小组一起协调准备营救、疏散和恢复的行动。  Provide appropriate suggestion on emergent response and recovery.  提供适当的紧急应对和恢复的建议。  In the event of absence of Loss Prevention Manager, Asst. Care of Equipment设备维护  Oversee maintenance and handling of equipment used.  监督设备的维护和使用。  Inspect property equipments that meet the requirement of security & safety procedure & policy; suggest appropriate improvement to concerned department if necessary.  所有酒店设备符合安全要求，并提供改进意见。 4. Training And Employees Activities培训和员工活动  Assist manager to improve the understanding of security & safety among all associates.  协助经理提高所有员工对安全工作的了解。  Take follow-up training for each department.  为各部门准备安全复训。  Participate actively in company initiated employee activities.  积极参与公司组织的员工活动。 5. Grooming And Hygiene仪容和卫生  Adhere to the specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the hotel.  遵守酒店关于卫生和员工仪容仪表的要求。  Make sure all Loss Prevention Personnel was clear and obey these standards.  督促安全部人员了解和遵守酒店的标准。 6. Attendance出勤  Adhere to the set procedures for attendance and time keeping.  遵守出勤和考勤制度。  All changes on shift, i.e. annual leave, change leave, no pay leave, etc. should be approved by Loss Prevention (Asst.) Manager.  所有的排班变化，包括年假、调修、事假等要由安全部（副）经理同意。 7. Company Policies And Procedures公司政策和程序  Adhere to the provisions outlined in the Employee’s Handbook Disciplinary Code and Rules and Regulations. Ensure all department personnel understand and follow these rules & regulation.  遵守员工手册内的列出的规章制度。 8. Environmental Awareness环境保护  Reduce waste to supplies and materials by reusing or selling.  循环利用或出售耗材以减少浪费。  Recycle, when possible.  尽可能的回收废弃物品  Conserve water and energy by adhering to environmental / energy conservation checklist appropriate for her area.  根据环保节能的要求节约使用周边区域的水和能源。 9. Guiding Principles指导原则  Practice the guiding principles in day to day interactions.  将以上要求应用到日常的工作中。
