岗位要求： 女性身高165cm以上，男性身高175cm以上，五官端正，形象气质佳。 性格开朗积极，沟通能力强，具有良好的服务意识和应变能力。 大专及以上学历，热爱酒店行业。 政务接待及相关工作经历者，优先考虑。 本岗位主要负责VIP接待，可接受有前厅部、餐饮部背景的候选人。

1.服从上级的工作安排，按照工作规范和质量标准，认真做好宾客健身服务和清洁卫生工作。 2.严格执行健身服务各项规定，做好健身活动的安全防范工作，确保宾客安全。 3.发放和控制更衣柜钥匙，最大程度的保障客户安全； 4.热情快捷地为宾客提供服务时，并认真做好记帐工作。 5.及时做好预订记录，保证工作无差错。 6.处理投诉并及时向客人作出反馈；

Co-ordinate the maintenance of all recreational facilities and equipment 协调康乐设施和设备的所有保养工作。 Coordinate the delivery of all recreational guest services 协调所有对客康乐服务。 Responsible for the safety of all guest services 负责所有对客服务的安全。 Manage all staff in this department 管理部门内全体员工。 Manage the sale and promotion of departmental products and services 对部门的产品及服务的销售工作进行管理。 Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known 进行交接班说明，确保了解酒店的工作和运营需求。 Manage all special requests made by guests 处理客人所有的特殊要求。 Ensure consistency within the department 确保部门内工作的一致性。 Management of lost property for the hotel 管理酒店的遗失财物。 Assist with the development of new products and services 协助新产品和服务的开发工作。。 Assist with the evaluation of sales and marketing activities 协助对销售和市场活动的评估。 Anticipate economic business level fluctuations and makes action plans 预测业务水平并制定工作计划。 Comply with all Hotel and corporate guidelines ( signage guidelines, safety guidelines, etc) 遵守酒店和企业指导方针（如标识指导方针安全指导方针等）。 Deliver high quality service to guests 向客人提供高品质的服务。 Adhere to departmental cleaning and maintenance programs 遵守部门清洁和保养规定。 Attends meetings and training sessions as required. 根据要求参加会议和培训课程。 Complete other responsibilities as assigned. 完成指派下来的其它任务。
