-认真执行酒店有关规章制度，协助领班负责管理酒店内电气系统的维修保养并保证其正常运行。   -严格按照操作规程，负责全酒店电气系统设备的安全运行、日常维护。   -熟悉掌握酒店供电方式，线路去向，设备技术性能和实际操作方法。

1负责设备日常维护； 2负责对设备、设施进行安全检查； 3进行综合维修的日常工作； 4协助区域安全管理 5完成总工程师或指定工程师分配的工作。 6在工作中执行丽呈顾客满意标准。 7在紧急情况下完成指定工作。 8保持工具和设备完好。 9协列出材料价格以便完成工作。

装饰装修工 岗位职责： 1、酒店设施的维修工作，包括家具，墙纸，室内装修，木装饰，地板，墙面漆，装饰物等； 2、客房和其他客区的维护保养工作； 职位要求： 1、具有专业维修木器，油漆，瓦工等经验； 2、良好的学习能力； 3、基础机电技能。

岗位要求： 1.此岗位接受应届毕业生。 2.水、电等相关专业 3.持有相应岗位资格证书。

1.1 Work Order Control System工作单的控制 1）To complete daily Maintenance Requests to ensure that the works connected therein are satisfactorily completed within the shortest time possible. 完成每日维修申请单，确保维修工作在尽可能短的时间内以满意的质量完成。 2) Follows-up reason for outstanding work orders. 跟进未能完成的维修单，写下原因及跟进情况。 3）To record in a Log Book the daily readings of the consumed quantities of diesel fuel in the Boiler room's Diesel Fuel Tank and Daily Diesel Fuel Tank, NLG bottles consumption and water consumption. 记录地下油罐的可供应的柴油数量及每日柴油、煤气和水的消耗，记在交班本上。   1.2 Control of All Mechanical & Electrical Plant 管理所有相关设备机房 Monitors major M & E Plants during the shift period 在当班期间对酒店所有机电设备房进行监控 1) Monitors major M & E plants weekly (at least once ) (Example: boiler room, pump room, fire pump room, the hot water switch room, sewage treatment station, natatorium etc.) and records. If any accident, takes direct control of affected systems and initiates remedial action as required immediately. 岗位职责： 1、负责酒店公共设施的日常维修、设备养护； 2、负责及时处理各类工程维修信息，采取各种措施予以改进，并及时向领导汇报； 4、协助上级领导工作，具体实施上级安排的技术、管理及培训工作； 5、完成工作计划的制定、实施，以及临时安排的工作； 6、负责制订和检查各种运行记录及表格； 7、负责制定每年设施设备的定期维护、保养、改造计划； 8、负责制定本专业设备的操作规程； 9、负责制定本专业备品备件采购计划； 10、负责及时处理企业派发的日常维修单； 11、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。 岗位要求： 1.中专以上文化程度。 2.身体健康，吃苦耐劳。 3.具备相关专业要求的执业证书。 4.至少掌握暖通、电力、装修、给排水、设备维修中至少两个模块的工作内容，并能独立完成维修工作。

岗位职责： 1、执行酒店设备的日常预防性及检修性维护工作。 2、处理酒店中的维修保养工作。 3、维修并保养客房设施、灯光设施、家具及其他设备。 4、按照规定的时间执行设备维修计划。 5、做到“三清”即是区域管理责任清、用料使用去向清和完工场地清。 6、积极维持一个安全的酒店环境并根据要求协助保安工作。 9、其他分配的职责和培训。 岗位要求： 1、具备有效的相关职业资格证书。 2、身体健康，精力充沛。

岗位职责 1、遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度。 2、按计划检修客房，检修公共区域，根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序。 3、完成综合性临时任务，如检查VIP房、监督客房、餐厅、大堂等外包大修工作。 4、完成宾客提出的小修工作。 5、完成维修领班安排的其它工作。 6、提供客房设施现状、公共区域现状，提出补救意见。 岗位要求 1、中专以上文化程度；1年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、以电工优先，对钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工专业知识有一定的了解，具备一专多能，动手能力强。 3、五官端正。 4、具备一定的英语对话能力。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。
