【岗位职责】 1、对酒店所有木器家具的维修、保养。 2、对酒店墙纸、天花板、玻璃及各种装饰的装修维修，为酒店举办的各种活动制作和安装道具。 3、负责酒店贴面维修保养和更新。 4、巡回检查所管范围设施的完好状况，发现问题及时维修。接到派工单迅速维修，遇到重大问题时请示汇报。 5、维修完毕后清理现场。 【岗位要求】 1、中专以上文化程度。1年以上工作用经验。 2、熟练油漆工作，掌握各种装修材料的工艺特性和操作方法。 3、工作认真，注重材料的节约。 4、有强烈的责任感和事业心，工作认真负责，且对业务精益求精，具有较强的分析能力和动手能力。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店工程部的日常运营管理，确保所有设施设备的正常运行和维护； 2、制定并执行工程部的年度、季度、月度工作计划及预算，确保工作高效有序； 3、监督和指导工程部员工的工作，包括设备维修、保养、改造及节能管理； 4、协调与其他部门的合作，确保酒店各项设施满足运营需求； 5、处理突发性设备故障，制定应急预案并组织抢修，确保酒店运营不受影响； 6、定期检查酒店设施的安全性能，确保符合相关法规及行业标准； 7、负责工程部员工的培训、考核及团队建设，提升整体技术水平和服务质量； 8、优化工程部工作流程，提出改进建议，降低运营成本，提高工作效率。 【岗位要求】 1、具备较强的工程管理能力，熟悉酒店设施设备的运行、维护及管理流程； 2、具备良好的组织协调能力和团队管理经验，能够有效领导工程团队； 3、熟悉酒店行业相关法规及安全标准，具备较强的风险防控意识； 4、具备较强的应急处理能力，能够快速解决突发性设备故障； 5、工作认真负责，具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识； 6、有酒店工程部管理经验者优先考虑； 7、能够适应弹性工作时间，必要时参与夜间或节假日值班。
