岗位要求： 1、25-40岁，男女不限，中专及以上学历，身高175以上，从事酒水服务行业至少1年以上，有连锁咖啡、奶茶 店经营者优先考虑 2、热爱生活，性格沉稳内敛，乐于沟通，有涵养，爱干净重细节 3、有一定专业知识和热爱度，善于研究，善于自主开发新产品和自我学习能力 ​岗位职责： 1、保持吧台区域整洁，包括台面、设备、器具等，确保顾客使用时的卫生与安全。 2、定期检查并维护吧台设备，如咖啡机、制冰机、冰箱等，确保其正常运行，预防设备故障 3、根据顾客需求，制作各类饮品，如咖啡、茶饮、果汁、鸡尾酒等，确保饮品口感与品质符合 标准。 4、熟悉饮品制作流程与规范，不断提升饮品制作技能，以满足顾客多样化需求。 5、热情接待顾客，耐心解答顾客关于饮品、价格、优惠等方面的疑问，提供专业的饮品建议。 6、提供优质的顾客服务，如介绍活动、推荐饮品、处理顾客投诉等，提升顾客满意度。 7、负责吧台区域的收银工作，包括收款、开票、结算等，确保财务操作规范、准确。 8、每日进行吧台物料盘点，记录物料消耗情况，及时补充短缺物料，确保物料供应充足。 9、严格遵守民宿的规章制度与工作流程，保持良好的个人形象与职业素养，维护吧台秩序。

岗位职责： 1. 熟悉酒店酒吧、酒廊和餐厅的服务流程，按流程向客人提供优质服务； 2. 熟悉酒水相关知识，向客人介绍并制作酒水及饮品等。 岗位要求： 1. 良好的英文能力，会粤语者优先；  2. 熟练掌握调酒相关技能，能够独立创新制作各种酒水，熟悉调酒工艺工序及工作流程； 3. 有酒类证书、调酒竞赛获奖，以及五星级酒店酒吧经验者优先； 4. 可接受24小时轮班或落场班工作。
