As an Executive Chef, we rely on you to:
Complete responsibility for directing training supervising, planning, coordinating, of all areas within the culinary department including any projects requested by the General Manager of the hotel.
Ensuring a quality product for our guests, and secure profit margins while maintaining the Corporate image of the Company at all times.
We are looking for someone who:
Oral and written fluency in English
Basic understanding of local language
Minimum 8 years experience in an international class hotel
Outgoing and people oriented
Motivator and self-starter
Team builder Displays initiative
Customer oriented
Flexible and adaptable to different working locations
