Job Summary: 职务概述： Overall supervision of all engineering family member during theabsence of the Director of Engineer smooth and continuous functioning of allservices in the Hotel. 工程总监外出时全面监督工程部家庭成员工作、保证酒店设备的正常运行 Key areas of responsibility: 主要职责： ›      Preventive Maintenance Program 预防性保养维护 ›      Training 培训 ›     Attending Meetings 参加会议 ›      Energy and Utilities Management 能源及市政水电煤的管理 Duties & Responsibilities: 职责义务： （Everything will be according to the SOPs for the job position.） （依据岗位的标准与程序） 1.    Overall supervision of all engineering family member during theabsence of Director of Engineer smooth and continuous functioning of allservices in the Hotel.       工程总监外出时全面监督工程部家庭成员工作、保证酒店设备的正常运行。 2.    Follow up all unfinished maintenance order and ensure preventive maintenanceis carried out.       跟进所有未完维修指令，确保计划维修保养工作的执行。 3.    Ensure all M/E,electric power and buildingwork in normal condition.       确保所有机械、电力、建筑系统处于良好工作状态。 4.   Daily report to Director ofEngineer.       每日向总工程师汇报。 5.  Supervise all new equipment installation.       监督酒店所有新设备的安装。 6.  Attend to guest complaintwithout delay.      迅速处理客人投诉。 7.   Prepare Duty roster of all family member.      准备所有家庭成员的考勤表。 8.   Assist to Director ofEngineer to carry out the energy saving policy and follow it up.       协助总工程师编制节能计划，执行节能方案。 9.   Response to all alarm during shift.      响应当值期间所有警报。 MISCELLANEOUS 其他 Finish other work required byDirector of Engineering/hotel Management 完成工程总监或管理方要求的其他工作 Qualification Guidelines: 资格条件： 1.Computer knowledge    计算机知识 2. Financial knowledge     财务知识 3.Oral and written fluency in local language    能流利使用当地语言进行口头和书面交流 4.Understanding of English    懂英语 Education Guideline: 教育背景： Diplomain Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical Degree in Marine/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering 工程/机械/电气工程专业毕业证书 轮机/机械/电气工程学位  Experience Guideline: 经验： 4years working experience in any industrial concern 相关专业4年以上工作经历 2 years as assistant director of engineerin 2年的国际酒店工程副总监经验
