岗位职责 1.精通洗涤工艺：例如可以识别各种面料及洗护方案，掌握水洗、干洗、去渍、上浆等流程标准。 2.督导员工严格按工作程序与标准工作，确保客衣，工作及其它布草的洗涤，熨烫质量。 3.熟悉各种机器设备的使用方法，独立完成可客衣的清洗流程，精通设备操作与维护，督导员工按规定操作机器确保人身与设备的安全。 4.督导员工工作结束后，认真做好机器设备的清洁维护工作，保持工作区域的卫生清洁，整齐。 5.检查工作区域内消防及其它影响安全生产的隐患，发现问题及时处理。 6.具备团队管理，成本控制、库存盘点及降耗，应急处理能力。 7.适应轮班及不定时工作制，会电脑操作，排班及报表的制作提交等步骤。 岗位要求 1.高中以上学历优先。 2.2年以上同星级酒店洗衣部管理工作经验者优先。 3.熟悉本岗位专业知识，有一定英语基础者优先。 4.身体健康，相貌端正，责任心强，抗压能力强。 5.受过酒店洗衣房专业培训。

The Role 岗位职责： 1. Assist to checking the employee’s grooming, behavior and attendance.  协助检查、监督下属员工的仪容仪表及出勤情况。 2. Read the shift note, follow the progress. To make inspection trips through entire area checking on productive methods and procedures. To handle guest rush laundry services.Ensure that all guest items are treated carefully, to minimize any damages. 阅读交接班日志，跟进工作进度。负责检查洗涤的方法和过程。处理客人加急洗衣服务。确保所有客人衣物被仔细对待，把损坏率降到最低。 3. Has a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of how to operate all equipment in the Laundry. Apply for Laundry goods and ensure chemicals etc are used properly, and in correct quantities, to avoid accidents and keep low cost and high quality. Maintain quality control for in-house linen and uniforms. Ensure guest laundry charges are posted correctly and promptly.  掌握对洗衣房设备全面的和最新的了解。申领洗衣房各类物品并确保化学剂等被恰当地使用，使用正确的数量以降低成本、提高质量，避免事故。维持客房布草和制服的质量。确保准确及时地寄出客人洗衣的帐单。 4. To supervise and direct the functions of the valet department.To train team member according to established procedures; Conducts training meeting to discuss problems and future plans, give information and assignments.  管理和领导客衣取送部门的工作。按照工作程序，培训员工。和员工开会，讨论工作问题、工作计划、沟通信息，并安排工作。 5. To establish production standard’s records and training techniques.  Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs. Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in your work area. 建立产品标准记录和培训技能记录。遵守酒店的清洁和养护程序。保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁。 6. To do linen inventory and dispose every month, report to housekeeping manager. The arrangement of each type of work is responsible for washing, ironing, coordination, and work. 做好每月盘点和布草工作，并向客房部经理汇报盘点结果及特殊事件。负责洗涤、熨烫各工种的安排、协调及工作 7. Abide by the Hotel’s Policies and Procedures, Code of Business Conduct and the hotel’s team member Handbook. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures. 遵守酒店的工作政策及程序，遵守商业行为规范以及员工手册中的条款。遵守酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。 Talent Profile 能力&技能需求： Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands). 拥有酒店工作经验(特别是奢华品牌的酒店)。 Have professional training in hospitality industry. 接受过酒店专业的培训。 Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently. 能够流畅的使用普通话或英语进行对话。 Having good communication skills. 良好的沟通能力。 Able to operate basic computer skills. 正确应用基本电脑系统。 Minimum 5 years Laundry experience for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels. 拥有至少5年及以上国际奢华品牌或联号五星级酒店洗衣房工作经验。
